Квартира внутри в точносности как на фотографиях. При заселении и высилении помогли с чемоданом , за что отдельное спасибо. Из минусов: - На фотографиях балкон кажется более приватным , однако это не так. Если вы выйдите на балкон то вас будет видно со всех сторон , никакой "слепой" приватной зоны нет. - Муравьи , но эту проблему сразу начали решать и их стало гораздо меньше. - Очень шумный кран на кухне - Мало света на кухне Из плюсов: - В апартаментах есть свой роутер,работает отлично без перебоев - Рядом есть продуктовые магазины, аптеки, кондитерские и т.д - Очень тихий район , никто не шумел по утрам и вечерам

Apartment was very clean, met my requirements due to its special location, facilities and amenities offered.Hostess was very polite,helpful,and friendly.Supermarket,bus stop,parks, restaurants and cafe was just near the apartment.Thanks to the hostess I recommend.

Vahe was a great host, very friendly and communicable! The flat was roomy, with lots of storage areas which was a big deal for me. The location is convenient, with large supermarket and a great cafe nearby. Parking was not super convenient as during workdays the street becomes too busy. Overall a great choice, especially for Yerevan.

Very nice place. The lady who gave and collected the key arrived just on time exactly when we arranged beforehand. The apartment itself is not very new but in good condition and clean. There were basic cooking utensils, dishes, shampoo, detergent and other basics. The sofa is very comfortable and soft and the bed was pleasant to sleep on. All appliances are of good quality and fully functional. There is even a small dishwasher! The AC worked great even though the windows face south and there was 35C outside. The neighbourhood is very walkable and felt safe. Even though there is a busy Komitas ave nearby the place was quiet at night but the curtains are thin and the sun might wake you up early. As other reviews noted the water pressure in the shower is somewhat low and there is a delay before the water heats up, but after a few moments the temperature becomes stable and I can't say I had any trouble taking showers over 10 days. The internet was fast and stable for work and videos. There is no elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor which is fine for me, but when you enter the building at night you have to take 2-3 steps in the dark before the light turns on which is not a big deal. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot and would recommend this place.

Отличный дом, очень просторный; есть вся нужная техника. Расположен в тихом месте, на отдалении от деревни. Удобно ходить в горы, дорога начинается прямо от ворот. Немного слабоват напор воды, но не критично.

Отличный вариант. Вход в дом прямо из гаража. Заезд со стороны ул Калинина - на карте отмечено с ул. Гетапня, но там только пешком. Удобное расположение: до парка пара минут пешком, в непосредственной близости магазинчики и пара кафе, 10-15 минут пешком до центра Дилижана. В окна немного слышно реку, для меня это бонус. Дом большой, в нём чисто, на кухне всё есть. Мебель не самая новая, но всё чистое, всё что нужно есть. Очень вежливый, отзывчивый и предпредительный хозяин. В целом - отличные впечатления.

Рейс был ночью, встретили без проблем, помогли с чемоданом. В квартире все продумано, удобно для жизни, работы, отдыха. Чисто. Интернет очень хороший. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, гостеприимные, все подробно объясняли, помогали. Большое спасибо, буду рекомендовать

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.
