Ahha's place is a truly magical experience. After travelling through many cities, this little haven is exactly what we needed. From the moment we arrived we felt more relaxed - I'd definitely go back. Our host Ahha was lovely, very welcoming and happy to answer any questions. location wise it's a quick downhill walk to the centre which has some nice shops and cafes as well as a park and short trail. The sceyis beautiful here and id encourage anyone staying in Dilijan to get out and explore (taxi or own car advisable for further afield treks). All in all, we absolutely LOVED our stay and our host. Rich and Jules

Очень радушный и гостеприимный хозяин , быстро реагировал на все наши просьбы и даже подарил нам бутылку великолепного вина . Syuzanna must be the most responsive and kind host I’ve encountered. She accepted our late night emergency booking immediately and we had an extremely comfortable stay in her beautiful, modern apartment in historic Dilijan. When members of our party became unwell she very generously offered help and allowed us to stay on until the evening to allow time to recover before getting an airport taxi. Highly recommended. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

We spent 4 unforgettable days in this home in March 2025 with our whole family — we gathered in Yerevan to celebrate the birthday of our mom, grandmother and wife. There were 9 of us, and everyone was very happy with our stay. Cozy atmosphere, spacious rooms, a view of Mount Ararat, and peaceful surroundings — everything you need for a true getaway. We started each morning with a swim in the pool and a sauna session, despite the chilly weather. Played ball with the kids in the yard, and in the evenings we gathered in the living room as a family — watching movies, playing games, and having heartfelt conversations. During the day, we explored the city easily accessible by quick taxi drive. The kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped — we cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners ourselves. Huge thanks to the caring, hospitable, and attentive host Davit — the house is warm, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a family home. We’d certainly love to come back.

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. I made a mistake with my reservation, and she went out of her way to assist me. The place was impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable.

Awesome stay! Gayane's apartment is comfortable, with modern furniture and beds, a well-equipped kitchen, awesome water pressure in the shower, and reliable internet. The walk down the hill provides a great view of Dilijan, and getting a taxi to go into town is quite cheap. Gayane herself is lovely to communicate with and speaks excellent English.
