The apartment was nice, clean, large with lot's of light and large (shared) terrace. Everything was prepared for us. It's a great location for cycling trips (you can rent the bike there) and there is a lot of space for the skis during the winter. Kitchen was well equipped and I can recommend this place.

Wir waren im April für einen Wanderurlaub dort. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll, direkt am Wald mit Blick auf die Felsen. Die Highlights der Region wie Adersbacher Felsen , Teplicer Felsenstadt, Burgruine Bischofstein sind fußläufig erreichbar man braucht das Auto praktisch nicht. Für Winterurlauber interessant: Lage direkt an der Skipiste. Im Ort mehrere gute Restaurants welche auch schon in der Vorostersaison geöffnet hatten. Kleine Lebensmittelläden auch vor Ort. Das Haus ist gemütlich und geräumig, die Betten sind bequem. Grosser schöner Kamin, Holz wurde vom Vermieter ausreichend bereitgelegt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps. Es wäre schön, wenn in den Küchen- und Badezimmerschränken etwas mehr Platz gewesen wäre um eigene Utensilien unterzubringen, die waren doch recht vollgestellt. Sanitäreinrichtungen waren zwar alle funktionstüchtig, könnten aber mal erneuert werden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft, die wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet war. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt!

Dom jest położony naprawdę przepięknie - na zboczu z widokiem na góry, w otoczeniu drzew. Spacerowicze mieli gdzie znikać na całe dnie, ale mnóstwo z nas po prostu przesiadywało z kubeczkiem kawy zachwycając się widokami. Można zupełnie zapomnieć o miejskim zgiełku i hałasie. Dom jest fantastyczny dla grup - latem ma miejsce na zaparkowanie kilku samochodów, w środku jest przestronnie, z wieloma oddzielnymi przestrzeniami wspólnymi. Jest gdzie spędzać czas razem, ale bez problemu znajdzie się miejsce na mniejsze grupki. Dla miłośników planszówek, gier RPG lub po prostu wspólnych posiłków - jest dużo stołów i krzeseł ;) W domu jest wszystko co potrzebne do spędzenia tam wielu dni - naczynia, zmywarki, lodówki itd. Jest też sauna i zewnętrzna podgrzewana balia. Poza tym dom ma niesamowity klimat - piękne stare elementy wyposażenia, drewniana podłoga, podzwanianie owiec za oknem... Spędziliśmy całe jedno śniadanie dyskutując o krzesłach w górnej jadalni :D Polecam z całego serca <3

Ubytování je nádherné, spousta prostoru a ideálně zařízená jak pro rodiny, tak pro partu přátel. S hostitelem skvělá komunikace, odpovědi na zprávy do pár minut. Ubytování mohu jen doporučit.

Krásné ubytování na strategickém místě...i měsíc by byl málo, aby člověk objel ty nejzajimavější místa v okolí. Ubytování je skvěle vybaveno pro rodiny s dětmi a zaručí pro děti a dospělé zábavu i za deštivých dní. Komunikace s panem majitelem bezproblémů, byl velice vstřícný. Až nám bylo líto, že musíme domů :) ....Děkujeme

Pobyt jsme si uzili, misto perfektni a apartman byl utulny. Dekujeme a urcite se vratime

Moc pěkné a klidné ubytování,pro 5 osob dostačující.V těsné blízkosti je obchod, kavárna i restaurace.Pár minut autem od ubytování je spousta lyžařských vleků . Moc se nám tam líbilo, rádi se budeme vracet.Děkujeme

Michael is an amazing host. Very quick response and help with everything that you need. It’s an amazing quiet place with a lot of green, barbecue zone and even pool. The house was clean and cozy. The weather changed during our staying and we needed central hearing to be on. It was very comfortable temperature down but not in the bedrooms, we were freezing and unfortunately, we didn’t manage to open heater there. I would advice owner to switch it on in bedrooms at the beginning, if it’s chilly outside. Also I would like to mention that there are several big markets, small groceries, gas stations and restaurants not far from the house. I’m definitely recommend Michael and his calm place. We relaxed and enjoyed staying there.

Pluses Nice view from the windows Spacious and neat apartment with all you need. Enough space to store clothes, enough space for kids, good quality bedding, comfortable mattresses. Super close to two ski lifts for beginners and ski rentals. Free ski bus 100 m away is available to go to more advanced ski slopes. Definitely good value for the price. There are plenty of kitchen amenities. Small grocery store is near by. German speaking TV and WiFi is included. Minuses Kitchen is quite dated with furniture repaired with a duct tape, but it is fully functional and in the end it did not disturb us. Guests are required to wash the dishes and apparently the guests before us were not so diligent with cups. Garage parking is tricky with the elevator for cars and very narrow drive in. We managed to use it quite well, but it requires some practice :) Please measure your car dimensions before booking. Overall we liked it and would love to come back next winter break.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt über Silvester und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Lediglich ein Zimmer hat keinen Zugang zu Küche oder Bad, ohne durch ein anderes Schlafzimmer gehen zu müssen. Das war für uns aber nicht schlimm. Kalt war uns nicht, jeder Raum hatte mobile Heizungen und auch das Wasser war heiss. Die Umgebung ist auch toll, das Haus steht mitten im Ort und alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück im Café gegenüber, für das es Gutscheine vom Host gibt, war extrem lecker. Es war einfach alles super 👍🏼 absolute Empfehlung.

Really nice house. We felt like we were at home. We had 4 kids all together and the house was perfect for everyone to have space. Everything is perfectly designed for the ski, walking holiday. The ski in Pec was really amazing. Kids instructors were really taking their time to teach the kids. Definitely will book this house again.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und offen empfangen. Da an der Straße wegen Ostern kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung stand, durften wir in der Einfahrt parken. Gabriela hat uns freundlicherweise die Ostertradition in Tschechien erklärt, damit wir für die Ostertage vorbereitet waren. Sie war stets gut erreichbar und hat uns gut umsorgt (zB mit leckeren Ostereiern 😊). Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um kleinere Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Auch mit einem Kleinkind hat man genügend Platz, um zu spielen usw. Die kleine Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Von der Wohnung aus kann man direkt wandern gehen ohne das Auto bewegen zu müssen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und freuen uns sehr, dass wir die Gäste von Gabriela und Marek sein durften. Tausend Dank! 😊🥰

Skvělé ubytování, čisté, útulné a dobře vybavené. Lokalita výborná, klidná a přitom blízko všeho důležitého. Hostitel byl velmi vstřícný a komunikace bez problémů. Rádi se sem vrátíme!

Mooi en verzorgd appartement met oog voor details: van oorstokjes en theezakjes tot kleine attenties. Sterk aanbevolen om er een week op vakantie te gaan.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's a cute little apartment off to the side of town. There' a great walking trail just a little up hill. Petr's dog is ridiculously friendly, just wants to lean on you and be pet. :) If you have mobility issues, ask about the stairs - they're pretty steep, feels more like a ladder. Makes for a very cute bedroom feel, though!

We hebben met ons hele gezin genoten van alle ruimte, het zwembad, de rust en de mooie omgeving! De communicatie met Jellie verliep voorspoedig, altijd snelle terugkoppeling op onze vragen. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad en toen het na een paar dagen winderig werd, zorgde de kap ervoor dat het niet te koud werd. Helemaal super!

Wir haben das Haus von Hans mit Freunden und Kindern bewohnt und eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig und für uns war es ausreichend groß.

An absolutely gorgeous place and ideal for families with kids. The property can accommodate up to 8. Has lots of play area for kids. Petr and his parents were very friendly and always available to help and provide guidance. The ground floor dining area is where we spent most of the time when we were at the property and the fireplace was ideal and kept us warm. The property has a lot of personality to it and we very strongly recommend this for anyone who is visiting east of Czech.

Die Unterkunft von Natasja war wie beschrieben. Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft und Ideal für eine Gruppe. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wenn man die Beschreibung ordentlich liest. Auch Wanderziele sind in der Umgebung viele vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und schön. Gerne wieder.

geweldig wij hebben genoten enige wat wij best hebben gemist is een bankstel waar je savonds even kunt relaxen dat moet echt in de keuken aan de eetafel met hoekbank opzich niet erg maar op een gegeven moment zit dat niet echt lekker maar nogmaals dat is enige rest ia fantastisch bedankt voor de super leuke tijd

Communication with Jaroslav was always very good, he answered all the questions we had. The appartment itself was very clean and had all we needed. The kids loved the pool and the spacious garden. We will remember our week over there as a perfect holiday with the sweetest hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kateřina’s house. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, with exception of towels. The house is surrounded by nature and we spent a lot of time outside, playing outdoor games, grilling, and sitting by the fire. There was no wifi when we arrived on Saturday, so we had to contact Kateřina and request a connection, which we got on Monday. Overall, I would recommend Katerina’s house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
