Todo genial, la casa está muy aseada, ordenada y cumple con lo mostrado en las fotos. Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos a cualquier sugerencia de sus huéspedes. Toda una experiencia, tanto en la estancia en la casa, como en el entorno que hay alrededor. Super recomendable y viaje para repetir.

David’s house was the perfect house for us and visiting family. A great place set in a beautiful quiet area. We felt very much at home here. David was the perfect host, very responsive, friendly and helpful!. Thanks very much David!

We just spent a great week in April with our kids at Pere’s place, who was a very good host. We were lucky with the weather and had almost every meal outside at the table right next to the pool. We chilled out in the pool area or we drove to downtown Valencia and enjoyed the city. Also we slept very well in comfy beds and came home very relaxed.

Wir waren zu 6. in der Unterkunft und es gab ausreichend Platz . Die Betten waren super bequem und alles so wundervoll sauber ! Die Küche war fantastisch ausgestattet , es hat an nix gefehlt . Toll war auch, dass bereits Gewürze etc schon da waren . Der Pool, die Terasse und die kleine außen Theke mit Grill waren unser Highlight . Der Blick über die Berge bis hin zum Meer war einmalig ! Wir würden das Haus zu 100% empfehlen, man kann wirklich eine tolle Zeit dort haben . Wendy war eine unfassbar freundliche Gastgeberin und hat auf alle unsere Fragen immer schnell reagiert und hatte tolle tips für uns . Man merkt ihr an, dass sie liebt was sie tut .

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables et avons très bien déconnecté, Cette belle villa correspondait vraiment à nos attentes. Quelques détails méritent l’attention du propriétaire (ampoules grillées, un peu plus de vaisselle…) mais rien qui n’ait entaché nos vacances. Seulement, compte tenu du prix payé, le moindre détail compte. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de l’agence lorsque la cafetière nous a lâché, pour son remplacement. La piscine et la vue étaient top ! Par contre, les nombreuses marches pour accéder à la maison, ne vont pas nous manquer. Nous recommandons cette Villa qui est située dans un très bel environnement. We agree with the positive reviews posted by the other guests. Communication during booking was very good and check in with Jan went smoothly. The villa is large, comfortable and clean and beautifully located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

la casa de Mairi es una excelente opción para visitar Jávea. Reune todas las características que debería tener una casa de vacaciones y por tanto ideal para disfrutar de cada momento de la estancia. La casa y la finca son mejores que lo que las fotos muestran...piscina y entorno maravilloso, las vistas, amplio espacio para aparcar en la finca 2-3 coches. la casa con mil detalles de estilo y buen gusto, el aire acondicionado perfecto, los espacios para comer diversos y bien pensádos la amplitud de los dormitorios y cocina... en fin una casa de vacaciones realmente muy buena. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit der Familie über Silvester! Alles war wie beschrieben und das Haus, sowie Garten, Pool, Küche und Kamin haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke!

Nos hemos alojado tres matrimonios, con niños pequeños y todo genial. Los espacios comunes e individuales perfectos, así como la amplitud del jardín, la piscina climatizada da mucho juego, aunque en Semana Santa, los 26 grados se quedan cortos, habría que subirla un poquito. La limpieza ideal y la Villa dispone dispone de todo lo necesario en cuanto a enseres de hogar y electrodomésticos. Lo único que mejoraria es el mobiliario, ya que tanto los sofás como los colchones de matrimonio están bastante desgastados y se hunden y para nosotros el descanso es muy importante. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Juan is the best host you will ever meet. His Villa was stunning and provided more than enough room for the 8 of us. The Villa is in a beautiful little area that was quiet and peaceful. The train is a short walk, literally in a straight line from the front door. Any time we had challenges with transportation Juan was right there to help us which was so appreciated by us as a group. The icing on the cake was that we got to meet him on the night before we left. He is a great person and we would definitely stay at the Villa again.

We've had a great stay at the Jave. The house was very spacious, well equipped and private. The outside was beautiful and offered a lot of possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, cooking and eating. It matches the description and the pictures very well. The hosts were very forthcoming and the communication was easy and fast. We can only recommend the Jave!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

The house was fantastic. Particularly if you have small children, the swimming pool is well fenced and there are lots of toys. We were there with a baby and a toddler and it was very relaxing because of all the child friendly amenities. We would definitely consider coming again if we’re in the Valencia / Alicante area.

Cinco estrellas es poco para valorar este alojamiento, lo primero, la puntualidad y amabilidad en el recibimiento, luego, la casa es increíble y las fotos no le hacen justicia, está en una localización inmejorable, estaba muy limpio todo y hemos disfrutado de una semana estupenda. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque tranquilidad, amplitud y limpieza.

La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, tuvimos algunos problemas con los desagues de las duchas pero el servicio de mantenimiento acudió de forma inmediata. la ubicación excelente.

La casa era tal y como se muestra en las fotos, todo muy limpio y ordenado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables, incluso Karen nos facilitó unos detalles que no estaban incluidos en el anuncio, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Camas cómodas, piscina espectacular, muy limpia y atendida, espacio exterior para barbacoa, comer y pasar ratos después de cenar. Muy buena comunicación con Karen, lo único que podemos decir es que es un alojamiento recomendable 100x100, y que sin duda repetiríamos.

Perfect place and Karen is a wonderful host! She took care of all our requests immediately, with no issues for late check-in. Place itself is very well maintained, spacious and well isolated so you could feel being on your own. With two teenagers we definitely benefited from the big, nicely heated pool and table tennis. We had amazing holidays. Thanks, Karen!

A lovely little villa, as described with a new patio area that extends up to the pool. Very comfortable, private and peaceful, with everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach/town (downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back!) You would benefit from having a car to get around and visit other places as there's lots to do in the area. Moraira itself is very nice, with many restaurants and bars. We visited with two small children and Playa de l'Ampolla beach is great for kids with a stream, rockpools and shallow sea for swimming. Choice of shops for groceries just a short drive away. Shae was a great host. We'd love to come back!

An absolutely lovely villa - splendid pool, a number of places to sit in various spaces in the garden - and full sky access to BBC, ITV and sky sports, which was an unexpected bonus! We will certainly be looking to return.
