This house was wonderful for myself, my parents, my 2 brothers, sister in law, and 2 nieces! The pool was in use from sun up to sun down. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. My mom was able to navigate between her wheelchair and walker, which meant all the world. I have stayed in many airbnbs. What sets this one apart, besides the gorgeous house, pool, and amenities, was the way everything was stocked. There were enough extra towels for all the in and outs of the pool. Anyone who has stayed at an airbnb with a pool can relate to not enough towels. Not the case here!! Also, plenty of extra toilet paper. And the good tp! How many times have I had to stop during my vacation to buy extra TP. Not at this house! It had everything I needed!! Including washing machine tabs, so I could keep up with the laundry. Tons of extra plates, silverware, cups! EXCELLENT communication from Mary. I am sure our family will be back to this Oasis!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

This is a beautiful picturesque duplex with a swimming pool and hot tub. its got a comfortable king size bed and plenty of room to spread out. Joshua is very kind and attentive. What a great place to bring your dog and know that your dog will probably have a friend to play with sometimes in the back yard.

Peaceful neighborhood, clean and well-stocked accommodation with great communication. Would stay here again.

John is a friendly, delightful, and helpful host! His house is spacious, fun, and perfect for family gatherings! Highly recommend!

Good sized space. We particularly enjoyed the long dining room table, and had nice conversations in the living room. It is in a nice neighborhood, close to where our activities were planned, and met our needs very well. Thank you!

G was a great host. Responded quickly and helped us out when we needed it. After a scheduling mix up he did everything he could to accommodate us. He was very friendly but left us alone unless we reached out with questions. The sunroom was bright and cheery (could use some blinds so we could see the tv, we hung a blanket one afternoon). Bathrooms, towels and linens were clean and the house was tidy and roomy! Walking distance to some good restaurants.

Matthew was an excellent host and very responsive. Having a 5 bedroom home to stay at in Royal Oak is a rare find. Perfect house for a large family to stay. I would definitely come back.

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

Great stay in a wonderfully set-up home. Terry's attention to detail and effort to create a pleasant space were evident throughout the property. Definitely will recommend to Friends and Family, and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Ypsilanti!

Lisa and Phil have an amazing place and go above and beyond as hosts! They had fresh pastries, fruit, and flowers waiting for us. The kitchen is well stocked with pantry essentials and cooking gear. The property is immedicable and exemplifies Phil's wood-working craftsmanship. We took full advantage of the hot tub and also a tour of Phil's downstairs wood shop. While initially concerned about the train, we found it an exciting perk and our sleep was never disturbed even without ear plugs. We were lucky enough to be able to stay for 2 weeks and will definitely be recommending the "lodge" to friends and family!

Krista was very accommodating with a short notice check in, and she was very responsive during the process. The house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the private deck with a view of the lake. Kitchen had all the items we needed to cook meals. and the grill was an added bonus. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.

the stay was nice, the kitchen had most everything to cook, bathrooms were clean, we accidentally broke a cutting board while cleaning it and he was very understanding of it. was great to work with him and will definitely book again in the future if I'm in the area again :)

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house while getting to know Rochester. Gabe was super responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space to enjoy extended family time. Wooded trails out the back door and an amazing neighborhood park were added bonuses! The kitchen had everything we needed. A great home base for experiencing all that Rochester has to offer!

Quiet home, easy for us to get to and near the highway. We were able to get groceries delivered through Shipt without issue, and the kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and dishes to cook some meals. A basket of snacks was provided. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed, except we had to buy more dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher daily as only two were provided. With fall some beetles found a way into the house, but that is not too remarkable considering it was an old historic home. Our group of 6 had enough space. Communication was proactive and helpful. We had a wonderful visit and would stay again.

This house is a beautiful place to gather a group of people. The setting was gorgeous. We fell asleep to the spring peepers and awoke to the sandhill cranes. The house was gorgeous with fun nooks for all to inhabit. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was well appointed. We would stay here again!

Liz’s place is great & was convenient for my family & our 3 pets. Our Dogs loved the backyard! In a nice quiet neighborhood off the freeway! Thanks again Liz!

Tim's place is great. has everything needed to cook, bake, etc. Quiet with no road noise. there are neighbors but not close enough to hear. There is a family dollar about 1 - 2 miles away that has a surprisingly good grocery section if u are in need of groceries
