What a fantastic find! The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and the owner Lori promptly return our messages. The house was convenient for us, as it was located down the road from our son’s home. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Ron was great, we stayed for ice fishing and it is a perfect location. Ron even let us use the pole barn for cleaning fish. Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin! Ev was very helpful and even gave us some good recommendations for the area! We were in town for a Ferris State University football game and it was a quick 15 minute trip to campus!

Out in what I would consider the country, far away from the commotion of the bigger cities to relax, rewind and stargaze but close enough if you need to grab goods or want to do some exploring. No need to worry about bringing anything for the kitchen besides food to cook and maybe spices if you have certain ones you use, fully stocked with anything you could need to cook inside, bbq or even bake(from what I could tell) Heat works great although the bedroom near the bathroom was colder but not an issue since we didn’t need two bedrooms, heated fan in bathroom was a MAJOR plus. Boyfriend was able to catch some bass and pike off the pier, unfortunately didn’t get to take the little trolling boat out but I’m sure we would have had a blast catching more fish. Witnessed a Bald Eagle over the lake from the living room! Highlight of the stay was getting to experience the Auroras and SAR with our naked eyes!!

We loved our stay at this house. Great location right on the lake, beautiful views and the snow made it even better. The house was as described, clean and very comfortable. We skied 2 days at Schuss and this is a convenient location for that. The dogs had plenty of room to roam the house and were comfortable as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything listed was there and everything worked as expected. Will definitely consider booking again.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Lewiston. The house and location was beautiful, clean, and a welcome place after some long days outside in the cold. We enjoyed having space for all 7 of us on various floors, but a large enough of a common area to all be together for dinner and a movie. Wayne and Lindsey were friendly hosts, would recommend to others and stay here again in the future.

Perfect location to stay at as my niece got married not far away (10 minutes) at the Little Flower Barn. Didn’t spend much time here as we were busy at the venue most of the time. Comfy beds, coffee and creamer provided.

If you like rustic charm with modern amenities, this is your place! We recently spent a week at the chalet and absolutely loved it. The whole property is beautiful and well-maintained. The landscaping has clearly been a labor of love over the years. The grounds and especially the lakeside are stunning and Ron and Noreen did it all themselves. So much was in bloom -the colors were fantastic. As far as the chalet, they have thought of everything and we could have easily packed less....we will next time! Having a full kitchen was great, the place was spotless and the views of the lake very relaxing. We also really enjoyed sitting out on the deck, swimming and kayaking. The pictures online are exactly what the chalet looks like. We were very pleased. Thanks Ron & Noreen!

Brandi’s place is the perfect lake vacation. She had a lot of extras we were not even expecting; kayaks, lily pad, paddle board, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and they have an extra fridge in the garage. The yard was perfect for our cornhole. Neighbors were very nice and two even joined us for a drink on our patio (we offered). Brandi was very responsive to all communication.

The house was very well furnished, yard was perfect for a nightly bonfire with friends and family. Close enough to town where you could easily get groceries, fuel, or simple go out to eat with no worry about it being a long drive. The house was located perfectly around multiple trailheads for ORV riding (within 20 mins). The only thing that I can say that was a downside to the rental was the amount of kitchenware. For a cabin that sleeps 10, there were limited plates, bowls, mixing bowls, and utensils.

great quiet cabin had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. no wifi or tvs so if your looking to disconnect this is perfect. We will be back in the future.

House was so good, had alot of things you might need throughout your stay. She was quick to respond if you messaged her about anything. The beach was very nice with some water activities as well, and the neighbors were super kind and just friendly also. We had a great stay and will be back next year.

I just want to say if you’re considering booking at Lynette and Rex’s properties 100% do it. It was so peaceful and relaxing but not too out of the way to the point where you could be bored. The property was gorgeous and was maintained amazingly with everything we needed. Lynette and Rex were some of the kindest people we have ever met and genuinely seemed happy to have us. The lakes are gorgeous and the scenery was great. If you’re from a metro area and looking for a great place to kick back and relax, this is without a doubt the home to do it in. I will absolutely be coming back and am excited for all the things we didn’t get to explore.
