This home away from home is beautiful. I like how it nicely tucked away and allows privacy while vacationing. The home offers several amenities that make the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts are great with communication and friendly. I have already told family about this home and plan to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Cameron and Jules’ beautiful home in Austin. The four-bedroom space was perfect for our small group of three visiting for business. The house was spotless, well-appointed, and offered plenty of room for us to relax and focus on work. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen and the fast Wi-Fi — which was crucial for our meetings. Cameron and Jules were outstanding hosts: responsive, welcoming, and respectful of our privacy while making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin for business or leisure!

Absolutely perfect stay! This home in Dripping Springs far exceeded our expectations and was hands down the best Airbnb experience we've had compared to other places our friends stayed in the area. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked. The house itself is immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed — we felt right at home the entire time. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. The view from there is absolutely breathtaking and made for such a relaxing, peaceful escape. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the tranquility of the pool area is unmatched. The check-in process was effortless — so simple and stress-free. Honestly, if you’re staying anywhere near Dripping Springs, I HIGHLY recommend this home. It’s an absolute gem, and I know we’ll be back! 10/10!

Pool is bigger than expected. Distance to downtown as expected. Lots of shopping nearby. Clean, nice, well thought out for guests.

Beautiful house with plenty of space.

This place was perfect! The home was beautiful, and the pool was absolutely amazing—just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and we loved it so much that we even extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! The location was great, the amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely place, the backyard is the best part! Our only complaint would be that some of the furniture felt a little old! Otherwise, everything was great!! Super clean bathrooms and kitchen. Great TV, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need to cook! Blake was super responsive and helpful! The check-in process was very easy, and so was the check-out! Would definitely go back!

We had a great time. Great location for Prospect House - a little bit of a trip to Austin but nothing too bad. Cookies were great and were enjoyed by everyone. Definitely a nice touch.

Absolutely loved staying here!!! We had such a relaxing time here for two months. The view off the back is stunning, and the fenced yard is extremely secure. The kitchen has everything you need and then some! The layout of the house is amazing, and I so appreciate the comfortable desk chairs and work stations. Tony is a fabulous host and communicated perfectly. We mentioned that the main bed was getting a bit lumpy (totally usable for us, though) and a new mattress was delivered within a week- incredibly responsive. Super quiet area, very nice neighbors. Wonderfully close to many awesome hiking trails. If I could give the house and host 100 stars, I would. Honestly, just wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an incredible weekend stay at this beautiful home with our group of 15 college friends! The house exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout, perfect for a big group. The outdoor spaces were amazing, with large decks and plenty of seating areas where we could relax and socialize. But what really made our stay stand out was the fantastic selection of games and activities! We spent hours playing table tennis and pickle ball, and the house had everything we needed for a fun and entertaining weekend. We would highly recommend this home to any large group or family looking for a memorable getaway. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

We stayed here with another family for spring break and absolutely loved it! Great layout and space for families with kids. Plenty for them to do with Kayaks, fishing, swimming, hot tub and ping pong.

Michelle was a great host! She checked in to make sure everything was good. Very good stay! We would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

The place was even better than the pictures. The water level was great, the location is unbeatable and the hosts were so kind to answer any questions and accommodate us as well as possible. I’d recommend this place to anyone that wants to experience the lake/river area 30 min from Austin. We can’t wait to go back with more family!

We loved staying at this perfect house - we felt right at home. It’s beautifully designed with fantastic windows to allow lots of natural light. It’s close to many great breweries and eating options (with thanks to the excellent recommendations from our host!). Highly recommended!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem traumhaften Lake House – und wieder absolut begeistert! Die Aussicht auf den See ist einfach atemberaubend, und so aufzuwachen ist ein echtes Geschenk. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für eine entspannte Auszeit braucht. Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stephanie was super warm and welcoming. Her place was absolutely stunning and perfect peaceful retreat after all the crazy from our wedding. Would definitely recommend her place if you need a place to stay in Dripping Springs.

Brian's place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We needed to stay about a month to finish up our move to the area. Brian was extremely accommodating and understanding. His home was perfectly set up for an extended stay and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful as well. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

Really nice place! We love staying here! We go in January so the weather is always a bit iffy....however, the place is so comfortable and peaceful the weather makes no difference!
