Available longer term October- March. Located in Elvis’ neighborhood in between the home of Vernon Presley and the home Elvis bought for Linda Thompson. The home sits directly behind The Guesthouse at Graceland. The open concept layout makes this home great for families. Just blocks from Graceland, close to the Airport, STAX, AL Greens church, & 10-15 minutes to downtown. Pets are allowed. $50 per pet, per visit. The pool will be closed from October-Mid May. We hope you will enjoy our historic, 3 bedroom midtown bungalow as much as we do. It was built in 1912 and is charming. We love a walking neighborhood, and that's exactly what you get here. Just park your car - you won't need it to enjoy midtown Memphis from this house. We want to provide visitors to Memphis with a good value, so we do everything ourselves to keep our costs low. Don't confuse our lower price with lower quality!
