Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

Our self-contained, well equipped Annexe is converted from cattle sheds & a horse engine room. It's light & spacious and adjoins the timber framed barn where we live. We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. Suit bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, writers, artists, nature lovers .

Contemporary luxury lodge with a king bed. Fully fitted kitchen, with hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Bath and separate shower. Sauna. Outdoor hot tub. No pets. We provide two large towels per person, hand towels and bath mats in each bathroom, oven gloves, tea towels, j cloth and washing up liquid. All of the beds will be made up on your arrival.
