We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Lovely stay, excellent location

As we frequently stay at the caravan site at the end of the road we have driven past this property on numerous occasions and knew it would be ideal for us. We weren't disappointed and as soon as we got inside he felt right at home.

Lovely house, clean and well organized. Neighbours are friendly and Rachel the host has a welcome drinks prepared which is quiet thoughtful. Overall..satisfied customer

Had a fantastic stay. The cottage was just like a home from home. The garden like something straight from the secret garden book! Wanda was extremely welcoming of our dogs! Would highly recommend

Great weeks stay in New Buckenham. Quirky, comfortable, cosy house with lovely light bright dining area. Easy on street parking. Excellent Sunday lunch at the Kings Head.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! Such a beautiful place with lots of thoughtful little touches from Matt that made it feel extra special. We’d definitely love to come back and would recommend it to anyone!

Travelling down from Inverness it was so nice to be greeted by the Suzanne the owner. Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious accommodation. Gorgeous countryside setting with plenty of green space for children and dogs. The rooms were spacious with lots of handy plug sockets and beds were very comfortable. The televisions were a bonus for the kids for some downtime before we went on our adventures. The hot tub was a constant ask from our teen and was a major plus point with our stay. Lime Tree Lodge is in a beautiful setting, quiet and well worth the money for a long or short visit just to have a break away. Suzanne is lovely and is only a message away which I found to be incredibly handy. Can't wait to come back to visit. ♡

Absolutely brilliant stay here. Me and my husband needed to stay for a few nights in Norwich due to nearby hospital visits. This one stood out as being close to where we needed to be, close to the city centre (about 10 mins walk) and was very reasonably priced. The property is in an area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby but far enough out of the centre to be really quiet and peaceful. It truly was so relaxing. The place is even better than the photos. It’s really large inside and the high ceilings make it appear so spacious and uncluttered. We will definitely return to the property when coming to the city in the future. Ps The parking really was a rare bonus too!

We had a wonderful stay, Mike made us feel so welcome and had thought of everything. A spacious property in a peaceful location, ideal for walks and even a trip to Blickling Hall over the weekend.

A really comfortable and cosy apartment. The city centre is within easy reach and the parking space was a real bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Such a wonderful place to stay for the few days we were there. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops, and walkable to many sights and landmarks. David was extremely attentive and accommodating and offered local recommendations for food, etc. would 100% stay again in the future. really made our stay in Norwich special.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in Suffolk for a 3 day wedding as an extended family group and the house was the perfect base. The house is very comfortable- especially the beds - and everything has been thought of. It is also very very clean. The courtyard is beautiful. We would thoroughly recommend!

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

Stunning house and location. ideal for our work trip and hot tub and pool table added some evening entertainment.

Fabulous house in a beautiful area. House was incredibly well equipped and everything was a really high quality. Loads of essentials in the fridges and high end toiletries in all bathrooms. Cant recommend Jacqui enough as a wonderful host. And really dog friendly.
