Wow I must say our stay here was nothing short of amazing! Kathleen’s place was very clean and organized. I absolutely loved the private space with gate codes to get into the building, definitely made me feel better about staying in an unfamiliar place. The place is in such a cute area, almost like a little hidden Savannah ga. Kathleen’s instructions and communication were top tier! I will definitely stay here again ! 😊

This was exactly as pictured everything was fresh and new and very tidy. We were super close to UAB as well as so many places to eat. Kathleen was very responsive to all my questions and that was greatly appreciated.

The place matches the photos, was extremely clean, was not far from anything at all, and Kathleen was very fast with responding to anything we had questions about. Will definitely book again.

Het verblijf bij Kathleen was perfect. Het is een mooie omgeving met een ruime accommodatie. De ruimte is brandschoon en erg goed bevoorraad. Het bed licht erg goed en het is echt schoon opgeleverd! Bezoek ook zeker de botanische tuin!

Though I wasn't there long, it was just what I wanted: a safe place to stay. I would stay here again.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay! It is only about a 10 minute walk to Legacy Arena which was nice!! The airbnb isn’t in the most picturesque area, but the place is gated so I felt safe. I was there for the NCAA womens basketball tournament so I really just went to the arena and the airbnb, so it was perfect for what I was needing. The airbnb was clean and all of the appliances looked brand new. Definitely a place I would stay again for an event at Legacy Arena.

The house was spotless, modern, and comfortable. Located on a good street filled with restaurants.

Location was perfect - convenient & within walking distance to SoHo shops & restaurants. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable and Trey was quick to respond and easy to work with. All-around wonderful experience. We look forward to booking again when visiting family.

Such a great place to stay! Had to change dates last minute due to an illness and Trey was so understanding and accommodating for us. Perfect location to visit Samford and spend time in the cutest downtown Homewood. Very responsive and helpful host. If our son decided to go to Samford, we will definitely stay again!

Our condo was exactly what we needed. It was super clean, the furniture was comfortable and towels are high quality. The bed was comfortable and blackout drapes were appreciated. Dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and trash bags were provided AND bottled water and snacks were an unexpected treat! Thank you! We didn’t cook but the grocery store right next door was convenient for drinks, fruit and lite meals. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants. I recommend martinis at SOHO Standard!!

This place is our go to when we are in the area. Absolutely love it, super clean, and Brenchard is an amazing host and very responsive.

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Amazing place, had everything I needed. They even had an area for my dog to do his business.
