Jan was an amazing host always willing to go the extra mile. Anything I mentioned was immediately dealt with within a day. Jan has an operations person -Sandra who checked in on us every few days and addressed any concerns immediately such as lovely lady! The apartment was very clean and the cleaning staff very efficient The linens were top notch and abundant. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I would strongly recommend Jan’s place

There were 12 of us and we had a fabulous time! Everything was very well described. We suggested AC be put into the dining room and living room as it was extremely hot and we like to stay in most nites and play games, cards, etc. #5 stars all around! We travelled from ireland and stayed a week at Eric & Debbies place. If anyone is staying in bridgetown , i highly reccomend this home. Its absolutely spotless clean, my whole family are clean freaks and cleanliness is their number one concern. Couldnt find a single thing to complain about. There is a nice little shed unit out the back with an extra toilet and sink and washing machine. Lovely seating area for when you just want to relax in the sun. The neighbours are wonderful and very helpful. We honestly slept like babys the whole 7 nights we were there, couldn't hear anything outside apart from the roosters in the morning. Very safe neighbourhood, we walked to the beach most days its about a 20 minute walk. Taxis are reasonable, we paid on average 25 bbds to get to savvy on the bay and the boat yard beach club. Eric & Debbie are very helpful and welcoming. thank you lads for having us

Fantastic time had by all, yes it needs updating as in some areas it’s tired now, but that doesn’t take away from the whole experience, great hosts and the pool guy Dave is great 😊

We're a family of 4, with two boys aged 15 and 18. Both boys said it was one of the best places they'd ever stayed (which we both agreed with). Peter is such a kind and generous person, someone who makes you feel so much better having met him. Made us a welcome meal the evening we arrived and had a great chat with him, such an interesting person, could have talked for hours. Pizza night was brilliant as was the jam night - both communal events where we got to know the other lovely guests. I was even inspired to play some music with Peter and friends which has got me back into playing the guitar regularly again. The only downside was the mozzies as you're mainly outside or with open windows. There's no aircon, but the breeze and fans cool you. Not for those who don't like dogs, wildlife and communal stuff. Strumming a guitar loaned from Peter on the deck of the Cottage each day is something I'll never forget. We'll definitely be back. Thankyou Peter.

Beautiful and very functional and well designed home for our family of five. Large kitchen with great amenities - and open concept connecting family and dining rooms. One bedroom had its own kitchen area and ensuite washroom and the other bedrooms and washrooms were spacious and clean. Pool was not large but warm and well kept - we swam in it a lot and there was very nice patio furniture. Location was great - close to beaches restaurants and groceries. Host was gracious and helpful. Of all places we’ve stayed this felt most like home and will be back next time we’re in Barbados! Well done!

We had a great stay in Martin's home. The on line description is very accurate but what it doesn't say is all the seating in the property is very comfortable - something that doesn't always happen. Also the location is a short walk to the Limegrove centre for restuarants and shops and only a little further to the beach and the superb Massey's supermarket. This is really helpful if you don't want to rent a car (or have challenges in car rental by being over 70 years and needing a local medical certificate). The property is well equipped and spacious, the bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the air con in the three bedrooms all worked and was effective. Martin is an exceptionally helpfula and communicative host and we were most grateful for being able to enjoy our holiday in Holetown

We stayed at the house for 4 weeks and it was perfect! The house has everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped! The location is quiet and there is a bus leaving to town and to Brownes beach just up the street. The host was very responsive and always there to help. Can recommend staying here a lot!!

This place was amazing very private & quite the house it self was well kept & made us feel right at home! The host was also amazing in providing a late check out if we needed it 🫶🏾. Anytime I’m coming back to Barbados I’m definitely coming back to this house 10/10 stay!!

we stayed for nine nights and we have nothing but glowing things to say about Shirley. the house was easy to find either via sat nav or a local taxi, and had great connections into Bridgetown or other parts of the island. the air con in the bedroom was a godsend come the evening and the place was well ventilated during the day. Shirley herself checked in with us once or twice to make sure everything was okay and was very responsive to messages both prior to booking and upon checkout. the local supermarket with literally at the end of the road and the gas station had anything we needed to buy as a last minute resort. would thoroughly recommend this place for either solo travelers or couples or siblings coming to visit the island who are happy to get around on public transport or drive

We had an incredible 7-night stay! The place was spotless, and the hosts were absolutely amazing—super flexible, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The location was quiet and very safe, yet perfect for exploring the island and great surfing spots for beginners. Great place, very clean and responsive hosts. We spent a week working remotely and weekends on vacation. The place is clean, good location to explore the islands. The hosts are very responsive and very friendly. Gave us ideas to explore Barbados. Big private car park right next door. Place is very clean and well maintained. The AC kept us cool. The bathroom is a bit small, but works fine with hot water and good water pressure. Internet was super fast and reliable, with speeds exceeding 500 Mbps. Highly recommended.

As a solo traveller this place was perfect for me. Modern, airy and spotlessly clean. More than enough kitchen equipment. 2 huge smart TVs so I could use my Netflix etc. 5 min walk to the caboose….best place on the island for fish cutters and a really cool vibe going on there. On the 3 minute walk from the property to the main road I think I chatted to every local. Such a friendly neighbourhood. And I saw a monkey run along the garden fence! All in all I had an amazing 11 days, and I’ll defo be returning. Thanks Halim

I LOVED staying at Zeema’s apartments! It was absolutely perfect for my partner and I! Everything was amazing from the apartment itself, the neighbourhood, beaches nearby, restaurants, and bars!! Our unit was great, very clean, with a full kitchen, tv, wifi and AC in the bedroom. Super close to the bus stops, and 10 minutes walk through St Lawrence gap to any bars, clubs, and restaurants you could want! Amazing, friendly and very accommodating hosts with the sweetest little cat on the property! I will definitely be staying here again and will 100% be recommending these apartments to my family who travel to Barbados often!!

I have stayed at both apartments so many times I lost count lol. These apartments are my home away from home . Alvin and his mom and so welcoming and are so lovely . They always respond fast to any questions and they are always on call when you need them. Everything just is always so perfect when I visit and it’s in a great location . Will be booking again!

This was our second stay at Browne’s Condominiums, which offers an excellent location—conveniently situated near a small shopping center and within walking distance of a grocery store (1.4 km) and the beautiful Carlisle Bay (3.4 km) renowned as one of the top beaches in the world. If walking is not your thing, buses, vans and taxis are plentiful to get you to your destination. Toby’s place provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for small families or couples. We encountered a minor issue with a piece of furniture, but it was addressed promptly and effectively. Given its increasing popularity, I found it fully booked for 2026, which speaks to its appeal. I highly recommend considering this condo for your stay, you will not be disappointed. We look forward to returning!

Lovely accommodation in a great location for St Lawrence Gap. Becky was brilliant with information and communication. Would definitely recommend and look to book again in the future!

We had the best stay at Sugar Hill Resort, the apartment and all furnishings were of a really high standard with absolutely everything you could possibly need. All communication was perfect and we thought it was great value. The location was so peaceful yet just a few minutes drive from the beach and restaurants. If we had longer we would have made use of the Fairmont but enjoyed the resort pools too much. We would definitely come back. Thank you 😊

Paul's place is incredible. RUN don't walk to that confirm reservation button. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, the pictures do not do it enough justice. Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean just a couple of feet from the patio was amazing. Saw several turtles swimming everyday. The amenities were great, clean and organized. Very spacious and secured. Paul is very responsive, kind and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and beaches in walking distance. A short bus ride or taxi to other popular areas in either direction. I stayed 6 days and did not want to leave. I will be staying here again when I'm back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The host has thought of everything and we couldn’t be happier. Lots of towels, adapters, snorkels and towel pegs. I’d highly recommend this property to family and friends. We’ll be back!

Excellent location, great service from the gardener with Sunbeds on the beach each morning and the cleaner who came 3 times during our stay and replaced towels, removed rubbish and put clean sheets on the bed. Location is excellent for the beach and Holetown with its shops, bars and restaurants. I agree with some of the other reviews about the noise but it didn’t spoil the overall experience and we will definitely be back

We had a lovely stay at this condo, the condo was a perfect size for our family of 6 and right on Dover beach, walking distance to many restaurants and a fantastic beach to enjoy Barbados.

Week long stay March/April. We had a great week here, the Apartment is pristine, really well furnished and everything looks brand new. Really convenient location, we bussed up & down the west coast all week to beaches, bars, restaurants and Holetown etc. Communication with host was superb, very quick to respond. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Thanks again Peter.
