Great Place. It was clean and had plenty of room.

I've stayed at Mary and Frank's place twice already and just booked my third stay. I love staying here when I'm in Boston. Some highlights are 1) the fully stocked kitchen -- I like to cook when I travel and find everything I need. The dining table and chairs are so comfortable (seats 4) and I just love the morning light! Honestly, I think the place is even prettier than the photos show. 2) The beautiful living spaces face out onto woods--from the many windows in the kitchen and also the french doors in the living room, all you see is nature. Just lovely, very peaceful. 3) The fireplace! Being from a warmer part of the world, I just love the gas fireplace, which I can turn on or off without a worry. It's lovely to set my mug on the stone hearth to warm up as I prepare my morning coffee, and I just love spending time cozying there with a book at night. 4) Convenience and quiet all in one: the house is near a main highway connecting to Boston, but the neighborhood is very quiet!

We have stayed at Apartment Floris several times, for 10-14 days at a time, and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else! It’s comfortable, clean, close to anything you’d need and best of all, (apart from the very comfortable bed), there’s a top of the line washer and dryer right in the apartment! We were in town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The house was just as described—beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, pharmacies , and grocery stores. The host was very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Celio for a great stay!

Perfect for what I needed. Private and quiet for the 3 nights I stayed. I was out and back a number of times and enjoyed coming back to my little home away from home. Kristin is lovely, responsive to the few questions I had and I enjoyed our brief conversation at my car as I was getting ready to leave. I would recommend!

When we first arrived, we were greeted by John. He was so friendly! He made sure we were good to go to get inside and wasn’t phased by our “chatty” pup. He is a barker when he first meets someone and John was still happy to say hi to him. He also said if we needed anything we could just give him a holler. The yard is amazing for dogs. It is double fenced and I felt perfectly comfortable letting my pup roam. It was a huge relief not keeping him cooped up inside. There’s also a super cute cow outside as a bonus! The place is sparkling clean. Literally not a speck of dirt. We felt right at home in this cozy and thoughtfully decorated apartment, as it perfectly matched the listing and then some! We absolutely plan to book this stay again when we return to the area. We have booked many Airbnbs and this has been one of our favorites.

Very clear and thorough instructions, extremely well kept and clean place with lots of amenities.

The house was nice with a big open living area. The large fenced in yard was great for bringing our dogs and it was easy to access since it’s close to major roads. Definitely a good spot, especially for visiting family in the area!

Very pretty lakehouse in a great location! The amenities were incredibly nice and the hosts were super responsive, making for a great stay overall. The property is wonderful.

Our stay at this beautiful lake house was wonderful. It was clean had lots of fresh towels and linens, and a nicely furnished kitchen. Be aware that there are number of steep steps and a steep walkway from the parking area to the house. This might be tricky for those who have mobility issues or are elderly. Overall it was beautiful place to stay and spend a lovely fall weekend.

The house is beautiful, with a fully stocked and clean kitchen. The back yard is large and the house has yard games. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are perfect. Our family had a fun a relaxing week. Peter, our host had great suggestions for dinner and groceries. Close to many activities. We shopped, hiked, played games, walked the neighborhood, and relaxed in the house. Great week!

Ellen was a lovely host. It was a challenging visit due to personal reasons, but Ellen’s home exudes calm, peace, wisdom, and excellent taste. The home was cozy and the decor was fire. Great neighborhood with nice walks, beautiful homes, and quiet streets. Nicest part of Worcester. Thank you, Ellen.

Amber's place is charming, clean, and convenient for all the local historical sites. Our kids particularly loved the attic bedroom! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the place and would stay here again. Great little extras included like fans, many luggage racks & a space heater. The Chefman Electric Kettle was awesome! The only couple things to note that are not really clear when looking to book this property are: 1) It's actually on a busy road (Summer St.) that is a main neighborhood thoroughfare. It was massively busy at times, but not bad at night when you're trying to sleep. Wished it had been a bit deeper in the neighborhood. 2) This is a duplex. Yes, I guess you could surmise that from one of the exterior pics on the booking page (but I didn't really notice it at the time). Had to knock on the door once because the neighbors had the great idea to play basketball indoors and were throwing the ball against the common wall between us over & over. Super annoying! Wish it were a stand-alone house. We had great stay! Sad to leave it.

The space itself is stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail is thoughtfully curated. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area. I can’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough!

Great, clean updated apartment. The recliners were so comfortable Sandra has thought of many extras to have available. She went out of her way to make our stay great.

We loved staying in this comfortable air bnb with all the amenities. Easy access to Concord, Lexington and Walden Pond. It was a nice, relaxing stay after moving my kid in the city. We would love to stay here again.
