One of the last few Direct Oceanfront beach cottages left in CB. Great for small families. Sit on the front porch and watch waves or a beautiful sun rise. This home was owned by the same family for 50 years! While the cottage is small, it offers an excellent beach retreat that is reminiscent of simpler times. "Hooked on Holden" Beach House

Our family duplex has joined the Airbnb movement and is centrally located on the island, midway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, often referred to as third row. The public assess walkway is only minutes away and was recently rebuilt. It is now handicap accessible and there are NO STEPS! This summer the check in and check out days are Sunday to Sunday. This is a change, but is needed to get the best cleaners to get everything ready for your week.

MILE TO THE ISLE 1.8 miles to Holden Beach bridge

Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive.
