Our SUPERHOSTS provided an unparalleled experience that went way beyond expectations. The house has all the modern amenities you could wish for and natural surroundings of the property are breathtaking. The pool is the perfect retreat from the everyday hustle and bustle. What made our stay really memorable was the extraordinary hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, assisting us in coordinating a private dinner with a chef who delighted us with local cuisine and they also helped arranging our travel plans. Also, it is just a short 15-minute ride to the stunning island of Holbox, another slice of PARADISE, and the nearby Five Cenotes provided an adventure that was both thrilling and refreshing. This place is a destination of its own. Perfect for friends and family.

We really liked staying here. It's beautiful inside and the beds are really comfortable. Everything was great but unfortunately, there was construction noise going on a block away all day during the week. We were surprised at the size and amount of mud and puddles in the area, but once we found a good route in to downtown and to the beach, we got over it pretty quickly. We would go back again!

We were a group of 5 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Casa Sou. The bungalows are easy to find and close to the downtown area of Holbox, making for easy access to the beach and restaurants. Flor, the property manager, lives onsite and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The bungalows themselves are comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the outdoor soaker pools (perfect for cooling off on a hot day!). There isn’t a common area so additional outdoor seating would have been appreciated by our group. Also, the property is located on a busier street, with lots of passing ATVs and delivery trucks, so expect some noise at night (would recommend ear plugs for lighter sleepers!). We didn’t have running water one morning but Flor was able to quickly resolve this for us. No filtered water onsite so make sure to bring along your own! Overall, we loved this property and would highly recommend to others :)

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and everything the island has to offer. The beach view was absolutely stunning, and the home itself was spacious and comfortable, ideal for a large family. Alan was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Fue una estadía de maravillas. Pasamos 4 días inolvidables con mi pareja y amigos .Muy cerquita de la playa . La casa cómoda , amplia, iluminada y práctica . Holbox es un paraíso. Recomiendo mucho visitarla y alquilar esta casa.

We had a fantastic stay. Sabine was incredibly helpful and we were able to check in early. Sabine lives downstairs and also runs the Cafe del Mar which is 30 seconds walk away on the beach. The food here was delicious and the staff very friendly. The noise from the road was sometimes loud, however this is typical for Isla Holbox. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay, highly recommend!

Had a very nice stay, and the host was very flexible with checking in and out. Enjoyed the pool! If I had any questions, I could always reach the host via messages, responded quickly.

Holbox was more than I expected. Everything was within walking distance. The rental was in the best location with access to the best of beaches. It was very clean with fresh bathroom towels and beach towels provided. The sheets were changed and unit cleaned daily. Absolutely beautiful place to visit, the location was key. It was close enough to the center but far enough away for complete privacy and peace. Right in the backyard was the beach area that I found to be the most amazing of all the beaches I visited. Wonderful stay! I highly recommend! Additionally, the transportation package recommended, to and from the airport, was perfect and I didn't have to worry about that piece. I could just relax.

we loved staying at Kukulcasa! the apartment was perfect. the pool was great for cooling off after a day at the beach very walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. the hosts were very helpful in connecting us with yours and transportation as needed! will definitely be staying here when we return.

La propiedad tiene mucha privacidad y está solo a una cuadra del mar y los mejores restaurantes de la isla están caminando así como el centro que es muy colorido, recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, en mi caso tenía una alberca privada y hamacas y todo funcionaba perfectamente, agradezco mucho a mi anfitriona.

Lovely condo, very clean. The view is breathtaking. The location is remote but we personally loved it. Beautiful desert beach minutes away.

We stayed for a week in this accommodation for our honeymoon, and it was simply magical. The photos don’t do justice to the beauty of the place — the view is absolutely breathtaking, and even after a week, we never got tired of it. The house is spotless, tastefully decorated, and you feel at home right away. I planned our whole stay with the co-host Karina, who was amazing: she arranged our transfer and had a lovely surprise waiting for us when we arrived. Communication was perfect from start to finish — attentive, responsive, and truly caring. In short, I recommend this place 200%, with my eyes closed!

nos encantó!! sitio con mucha privacidad y tranquilo. la habitación estaba realmente limpia y con una decoración exquisita. a 10min del centro de holbox y a 5min de algunos restaurantes y cafeterías, y pequeño mercado local. holbox es genial y este sitio, también :)

Great place everything matches to the description it is a peaceful, I really recommend it, Sofia is a very nice person always proactive, people at the property very helpful and also friendly, you can’t go wrong.

Flor was amazing! We loved this place, it's unique, in a good location, spacious, and equipped with everything that you needd for your stay. The shower was hot & water pressure was nice. It was nice to have a small pool area to ourselves (its a little cold but refreshing & beware of raccons at night), as well as the beautiful large terrace. I'm from the US, so 2 things stuck out for me which prompted me to adjust my thinking to be more open minded: navigating the dirt streets that can be flooded & racoons like stray cats. Both were no problem, the town has its own magic at night, and all of the info given in the listing was very helpful. I think its one of the best choices when staying in Holbox. I will definitely come back to stay. Thank you

Amamos cada momento de nuestra estancia, todo limpio y perfecto. La ubicación está perfecta, la alberca rica, la distribución del departamento, la limpieza pfff todo estuvo increíble!! El aire acondicionado tuvo un tema de condensación, el anfitrión se interesó en mandar a alguien para repararlo pero por el horario nos negamos. La atención y todo lo demás fue 10 de 10. Súper recomendable!!

We loved staying at Casa de las Flores! It's close to the beach, and just outside of the hustle and bustle which is perfect for quieter evenings. There is still some street noise so if you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend earplugs. The apartment was just as described, and the internet was strong enough for us to work comfortably (though video calls were slower in case that's important to you). The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the kitchen was great for simple meals. Lots of great, affordable restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and friendly neighbourhood pets who like to say hello. We'd definitely stay here again!

Excelente alojamiento! Muy cómodo y espaciosos Flor la mujer que nos recibió es un encanto! Lo único a mejorar quizás sea poner cortinas en la ventana de la cocina y en la del segundo piso para que la luz no moleste el descanso, el resto excelente. Muy recomendable!

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el proceso de registro fue muy fácil, reflejando la eficiencia y el cuidado por los detalles de Jessica. La cercanía a la playa fue un verdadero punto destacado, haciendo nuestra visita a Holbox verdaderamente inolvidable. Jessica fue excepcionalmente amable y atenta durante toda nuestra estancia, siempre disponible para ayudar con cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. Las habitaciones no solo eran espaciosas sino también impecablemente limpias, proporcionando un ambiente cómodo y acogedor. Le logement était exactement comme sur la description et les photos. L’endroit est très tranquille et on y dort bien le matelas était confortable. Il est reculé dans la ville, situé à un km du Centre Ville mais tout se fait bien à pied. Nous avions des questionnements sur l’air conditionnée et Sofia nous a rapidement répondu. La piscine était propre et bien entretenue par José! Nous avons eu un agréable séjour!
