James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

My stay at Loan's was pleasant. Her and her mom were very helpful. Loan was available to help when needed. The house was always clean, the room was cozy. There are small markets and food venders in easy walking distance. This area is Hoc Mon which is a suburb of Saigon, it's a little far to get into town. Easy to catch a bus if needed.

The place is quiet and well located, it will give you a stay in suburban feeling. Just 9 kilometer away from down town district 1 and easy to access everywhere.

Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đến Việt Nam nên việc ở cùng người dân địa phương là rất quan trọng. Người chủ và gia đình anh ấy nhiệt tình đến mức tôi không thể rời đi và ở lại lâu hơn. Tôi đang ngồi trong căn phòng rộng rãi này, rất thoải mái đối với tôi và viết những dòng này. Nhà nằm xa trung tâm nhưng với tôi đây là một điểm cộng. Những người thực sự sống ở đây. Có những người hàng xóm xung quanh và cuộc sống họ sống hàng ngày rất sôi động và tôi thích xem nó. Nếu tôi đến lần nữa, tôi muốn quay lại đây. Giống như tôi đang ở nhà vậy. Tôi đã ngủ rất ngon. Vòi hoa sen rất khác thường và bản thân ngôi nhà cũng độc đáo. Tôi hết lòng biết ơn vì đã chọn nơi này cho trải nghiệm đầu tiên của mình. Cảm ơn. Cầu mong hạnh phúc cho gia đình này ❤️ P. S. Best place so far for the location near the airport/GV/PN Dist.

Я выбрал квартиру в основном из-за района Vinhomes. Это довольно комфортное место, совсем не похожее на Хошимин. Квартира просторная. В ней есть вся мебель и техника. Всё работает. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Они моментально приходили на помощь и по поводу жилья, и по личным вопросам. Из небольших минусов: - на улице рядом с домом есть деревенское караоке. Они любят шуметь, но в 22 часа всегда замолкают - кухня не очень приспособлена для готовки В целом, я прожил тут хороший спокойный месяц. Спасибо!

Good place

Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.

Superb! Highly recommend. The host is super helpful in everything. The place is very nice, close to the mall, supermarket and many restaurants as well as parks. The area is very clean and modern. This was one of the best AIRBNB experiences we ever had. I will seek to rent this place anytime I am back in HMC.

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

The apartment was great and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It’s located slightly outside the very center of Quan 1, but still in a convenient area. The host was responsive and always available when needed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Trinh's place was lovely. Located close to the markets and larger shopping centres. The place was clean and had all the amenities for a longer stay.
