I had a wonderful stay at this lovely guesthouse! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to the city. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips for exploring the area. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Being able to have my dogs with me rather than boarding them for 10 days was great. Homely place to stay, and was lovely and warm on arrival in mid winter, due to Esther’s thoughtfulness of having air con going for my early arrival. What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! We booked this accommodation as a family, as my brother was getting married in Peppermint Bay. Lindsey was very proactive and an excellent communicator - the house was easy to find, access and enjoy. All the amenities required were provided, the view and garden were lovely. I’d thoroughly recommend a stay here, and hope to arrange another booking when we are in Tasmania again.

Robert’s lovely cottage is perfect for a work trip or short stay in Hobart. I could walk to Salamanca Place in 15mins and the local area has some great restaurants and all the amenities you need. And free all day on street parking! It was a totally hassle free stay for me while I worked in the city and caught up with friends around Sandy Bay. Definitely my new preferred location in Hobart. And very much appreciated the stocked fridge and cooking supplies. Robert has taken care to enjoy your stay is as smooth and carefree as possible. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in Battery Point. The house was well located, comfortable and extremely well-equippped. We really appreciated the extra treats - the fruit and cheese platter, wine, Easter eggs and the most delicious homemade cake complete with sauce and cream. we felt very welcomed - thank you!

Cascade Cottage is quiet, peaceful and had all amenities for our family. We felt right at home and were very comfortable for our week. The house has plenty of heating and beds are comfy. The area is very quiet and even though the cascade female factory is across the road the main access is on the other side of the factory so it’s not busy house side. Pademelons live in the street and come out at night time to kids delight. The Cascade hotel pub up on the main road has amazing meals and The Cascade Brewery cafe has great food also. The house is only a 7-12 min drive from centre of Hobart CBD. You can park at Arglye St car park in the CBD for $4per hour and you can walk anywhere in the city. Tip: visit port Arthur first then ask for a Ticket of Leave at their ticket counter as you exit and its costs you $20 extra on top of your Port Arthur entry but gives you unlimited entry to Cascade Female Factory and back into Port Arthur of 2 years. Saves around $15 per person on CFF entry.

Lovely, spacious, and comfortable. Definitely one we will look to stay at again if in Hobart. Felt right at home. Just the right vibe. We even utilised a couple of the family games provided. Truly a lovely stay. We all felt we had our own space to move about as well. Will not hesitate to book again. Special thanks to Stephanie, for being so easy to connect, and such quick responses. We loved it. It felt like arriving at home. The garden is magnificient, the plants inside are stunning. The kitchen is extremely well equipped to cook. The fire place is gorgeous. We have a great time.

I had been eyeing this property for a long time and it did not dissapoint. Chris welcomed my family and I and took us on a tour through his property. It is equipped to ensure you dont have to leave. From a pool, spa, BBQ, firepit, gym, two bathrooms, tennis and pickleball court, beautiful coffee machine, 86inch Qled TV and alpaca's! It was an experience like no other and only 25 mins away from Hobart. One of the best properties i have ever stayed in and Chris and Kalinda were an absolute delight to deal with. Highly recommend this property. A slice of heaven, and something for everyone. I'd give it more stars if we could! We will be back!

Nice place, uphill in West Hobart. Built in the 1970s around a down slope block. The kitchen had reasonable implements and cutlery. There was a bath tub. The shower head is rainfall style low pressure. There are wallabies and pademelons wandering around the area at night. It’s not that far to walk to the Mount Stuart lookout.

I relocated from FNQ and stayed for 2 weeks to get settled and get my new home sorted. Staying at Pandora's Box was amazing. Marcia was kind, generous and so friendly. I am so grateful for such a beautiful and well equipped home. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, the bedroom was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was easy to use and spacious. I didn't get to do a lot of walking as I'm in a moonboot, but the home was very clean and comfortable. I am so fortunate to have stayed and enjoyed my dream of moving to Hobart is now a reality. This little spot at the top of Sandy Bay gives stunning views of Hobart that the pictures don’t fully capture. It’s close to local amenities, the Cascade brewery and downtown making it an excellent spot for a family trip.

It was a great place to stay. Yupei was always pro active and providing all neccessary information. the house was ewuipped with great kitchen ware and clean. Thanks Yupei. we had a good time

The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location for walking to all Hobarts city attractions. Parking was a bonus as we hired a car. Finally Stuart and Jenna were very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would highly recommend staying here.
