Brierlie’s place was wonderful and well suited to our family who travelled from interstate. The home was well equipped and even had some toys for the kids! Brierlie helped us post stay when we left a favorite toy behind which was very much appreciated. Fabulous house in a great location :)

Such a lovely and easy stay for my young family! Very considerate amenities provided (pram, high chair, toys, bath, change mat and more!) without being too ‘kiddy’! Lots of space in the home, plus walkable to town, coffee, parks and ducks. An easy drive into more regional towns (Dodges Ferry, Richmond etc) but still a short drive into the city of Hobart.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Everything was perfectly clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee and tea provided for us. The beds were very comfortable with fresh, clean linens. The view of the mountains and the sea was absolutely breathtaking, and the location made it very easy to get to. Every detail was carefully thought out, making our stay truly relaxing and memorable. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Our stay at Breakwater Lodge was just as we’d hoped - beautifully peaceful and quiet. Perfect place to go & unwind and enjoy relaxing days doing nothing. Breakwater Lodge has a great fully equipped kitchen, a lovely comfortable lounge area, with a small separate lounging room where you could choose a book from the shelf to read or watch a bit of tv. The deck is the perfect place to spend a quiet morning and afternoon, reading, relaxing and enjoying the view. And the best part about our stay at Breakwater Lodge was that our beautiful old dog got to enjoy it too. Not only a perfect spot to stay, but dog friendly too so highly recommend a little getaway at Breakwater Lodge.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the space created by Michelle and Blu x The attention to detail is evident from the beautiful decor to the generous provisions - they have literally thought of everything- ensuring a comfortable experience. Michelle and Blu were the perfect hosts and their love of this property is evident in its presentation - thankfully they are happy to share it with us all 😍 Extremely comfortable beds; linens to die for and squeaky clean 🧼 This is the ONLY air BnB I didn’t feel like I had to wash dishes and utensils in before using!!! Thank you so much for sharing a space around your fireplace 🔥 and creating a memorable experience for us all - including our pet Daisy Doo. This is our new favourite place and top of the list for future visits to the Huon x. Michelle and Blu are truly amazing people and you will not be disappointed- unless you miss out !!!! We loved it. It felt like arriving at home. The garden is magnificient, the plants inside are stunning. The kitchen is extremely well equipped to cook. The fire place is gorgeous. We have a great time.

Just a beautiful stay, in a peaceful spot in the Tassie south. We came down for a weekend visit from Hobart and loved every second of the stay. Within easy reach of Cygnet, Verona Sands, and peppered in farm visits in the country. Peaceful setting in a sweet, little house and comfortable amenities and bed. We spent our days popping around the area and our evenings enjoying the cabin and the surroundings. Could not recommend this spot enough.

Lovely home, close to The Agrarian, right in the centre of town. Kitchen was great for a cook, and there were thoughtful additions in the kitchen for breakfast and ease.

The host and her lovely family are very friendly and easy . Sandy bay main park / ocean views are only 5 min walk - posh and nice area

Clean, comfortable studio in a peaceful neighborhood. Nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, and nice big shower. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and public transportation. Host is friendly, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Lovely spot to stay within easy walking distance of everything in Hobart.

Cascade Cottage is quiet, peaceful and had all amenities for our family. We felt right at home and were very comfortable for our week. The house has plenty of heating and beds are comfy. The area is very quiet and even though the cascade female factory is across the road the main access is on the other side of the factory so it’s not busy house side. Pademelons live in the street and come out at night time to kids delight. The Cascade hotel pub up on the main road has amazing meals and The Cascade Brewery cafe has great food also. The house is only a 7-12 min drive from centre of Hobart CBD. You can park at Arglye St car park in the CBD for $4per hour and you can walk anywhere in the city. Tip: visit port Arthur first then ask for a Ticket of Leave at their ticket counter as you exit and its costs you $20 extra on top of your Port Arthur entry but gives you unlimited entry to Cascade Female Factory and back into Port Arthur of 2 years. Saves around $15 per person on CFF entry.

We loved our nights at lemon tree cottage, what a beautiful place! So worth the money! Kasey was lovely and so helpful when needed! There were extra little goodies left for us when we arrived which was beautiful and so unexpected! We will definitely be back sometime in the future, Thankyou Kasey for having us!

Our little family of 4 stayed for 2 nights at The Gull Cottage. We loved every moment. The incredible view of Boomer Bay, walking along the coast looking at crabs, the spacious house with cosy furniture and lots of games and puzzles. There's a TV but we didn't need to turn it on at all. The beds were super comfortable and we used the kitchen for all our meals. We only live in Hobart but can see ourselves staying more often as it's a perfect little family getaway spot. Thanks Bec!
