The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

Great stay - Super comfy bed and great shower! Air con was always perfect temp and the staff at the hotel were really helpful and attentive, beach just over the road and amazing infinity pool with a beautiful sunrise if you can get up early enough! Overall a great stay, thank you :)

I stayed here with my family. We really enjoyed our stay! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious each morning, and we enjoyed cooling off at the pool in the afternoons. While the room we were given (2 connecting rooms on the ground floor) worked well for our family (maybe even better than what we were expecting), it was not the same as the one in the pictures.

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

훌륭한 객실입니다. 가족과 함께하기에 이만한 숙소는 없지 싶습니다. 수영장도 가깝고, 마당이 있어서 아이들이 뛰놀기 너무너무 좋았습니다. 집사님도 빨리빨리 응답 해주셔서, 정말 너무 즐겁고 편안하게 보낸 8일이었니다. 다만, 하필이면 며칠째 비가 내려서인지, 화장실에서 며칠간 하수도 냄새가 조금 올라오긴 했는데, 신경이 크게 쓰일 정도는 아니었고, 그 외의 청결도는 끝판왕 수준이었습니다. 또 들르고 싶습니다. 팁! (한국분들께) 근처에 매점 같은게 없어서 불편하실 수 있는데, 롯데마트 어플을 까셔서 주문하시면 15만동(맞나?) 이상 주문시 배송료 무료고, 빠르게 배달되니 불편함이 좀 덜하실거예요~ ^^

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

이번 숙소는 다낭 한달살기를 위해 선택을 한 숙소입니다. 80세의 부모님 두분이서 생활하는데 넘 좋았답니다. 저 또한 초반에 세팅을 위해 아내와 4박6일 함께 초반 생활을 했는데 넘 친절하고 피드백이 빠르게 많은 것을 도움주셨네요. 숙소에서 그랩을 이용해 이동을 했으며, 다낭의 관광지를 돌아보기에 나쁘지 않은 위치였답니다. 저희 부부는 미리 귀국을 했고, 부모님들은 3주를 두 분이서 지내셨지만 너무 편하게 잘 생활하셨다고 하네요. 오늘(4/20) 귀국을 하셨는데 너무 모든 것이 좋았다고 칭찬 일색이었답니다. 숙소에 필요한 전자레인지, 선풍기, 모기약을 비롯해 수건이나 물품들도 알아서 잘 챙겨주셨고 있는 동안 많은 너무 편하게 해주셨고 출발 날짜에 항공시간이 새벽이어서 늦게 숙소에서 출발할 수 있게 지원도 해주셔서 부모님의 피곤함이 훨씬 덜하셨다고 합니다. 넘 고마워요. Hai!! 아는 분들 중 1달살기를 원하는 지인이니 일주일 정도 방문하는 지인들에게도 꼭 추천드릴꺼 같네요. 감사합니다. 부모님의 첫 한달살기에 좋은 추억을 만들어주신 부분이요!!!

This is a real gem... everyone says oh why don't you stay on the beach!... however the beach is a 6-8min trip by grab bike costing 30k. Anyway I loved this place, has a very friendly chill vibe, you couldn't get better hospitality. Rooms was perfect. Don't however expect from the pool which is probably 2.5m long 😅

Choosing this Airbnb when visiting to DaNang is the greatest choice 👍🏻 Place is comfortable and hospitality is great Check in and check out is super easy and flexible Definitely will come back again if I visited DaNang in the future

charming clean apartment with a rooftop garden. The surrounding area is quiet with walkable streets lined with restaurants and minimarts. what I will miss the most is Hai's wonderful mother! she made breakfast for us every day, fresh mulberry and sugarcane drinks with some very tasty meals. thank you for the hospitality and the comfortable beds🙏🙏

Outstanding place. They say that this side of town is less touristy (something I prefer). Plenty of food and local spots to eat. Easy to walk around. There’s also ATMs everywhere and convenient stores. The place was clean and they come in to clean everyday, replace your towels, etc. The staff is amazing they were so helpful during my trip, I had left things from my previous hotel and left things at this stay. They kept in touch with me to make sure I received everything. There’s security there at all times and if you rent a motorbike there’s a parking area. Highly recommend.

Great place to explore da Nang. Staff is super helpful. I loved the washer and dryer in the unit.

Our two-month stay felt like home. We loved our stay and we were very comfortable. Besides a couple of kitchen utensils which we bought to complete the functionality of the kitchen we had everything we needed: the pool, gym, and on-premises safe and peaceful place to sit and work were all as depicted in the photo's and were lovely. There are so many coffee shops close by, a walk along the Han river towards the Dragon Bridge is close and easy and the staff are helpful and friendly. There are event rooms and Karaoke rooms on premises which we were worried about, but the events end at reasonable times. We would stay here again as it is away from the touristy places, yet close enough to get to them easily.

Excellent value. We stayed here for approx 2 months over the course of our visit to Da Nang. Staff try their best to help if you have a problem & are so friendly. Pool is often super quiet (and it’s clean!) with a member of staff nearby in case there’s any issues. Highly recommend though it would be great if they updated the gym equipment as it’s very old and some doesn’t work at all. Thank you for a great stay!
