Very clean, enough kitchen utensils and amenities which will make you feel at home. Very Near to prime locations like Gachibowli, Botanical Garden, Kondapur, DLF, ISB. Best part - When we entered the property there was already a packet of Bread, 1litre Milk and 5 litre water jar, which was not charged from us later. Even we asked the watchman to get a 20 litre water jar for cooking and basic requirements which was never charged to us, even after explicitly asking if I need to pay for them. I have stayed in other AirBnbs priced around 2.5k to 3k per day for 2 BHKs in the city, none offered me such facilities or amenities.

The apartment was perfectly located for my visit to friends from the society next door. The terrace at the top of the building is quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself had everything I needed for my short term stay. My very late check-in (midnight due to a delayed flight) was no problem at all. Communication was always helpful and friendly. This was one of the most luxurious and thoughtfully designed Airbnbs we’ve stayed in—and that’s saying something, given we’ve traveled to over 40 countries in the last 10 years. We were in Hyderabad for visa work and needed a place that felt like home, with space to work comfortably for a week. Mehdi’s apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. It was beautifully furnished with extremely comfortable beds in all three rooms, had a well-equipped kitchen, and the newly remodeled bathroom had an excellent shower. What really stood out was Mehdi’s kindness as a host. He let us check in super early, was always quick to respond, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a calm, elegant, and comfortable place to stay in Hyderabad, we can’t recommend this one enough.

Considering the amount host is charging, it is a great deal. Bathrooms were clean, water bottles were provided instantly upon asking. The host was pro-active and just a message away. She helped us in getting some pages printed. Overall a good stay for the amount charged.

Our experience at Mr. Bhagath's property was excellent. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the service was top-notch. Mr. Bhagath and his parents were courteous, responsive, and generous. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay. When we needed help with opening the lock, and sending my niece to the airport, the supervisor really came thru fir us and helped. very grateful.

Had a great stay there...They hosted us very well Location was a bit inside and felt difficult to reach..But all cabs are reachable.. we felt the hosts are very amicable and wanted to stay back some more days..Also, host said if cab is not on time, he ll drop us personally to the airport..Thanku so much for that aneel garu.. overall experience is very great and we would love to stay again

We stayed here for almost two months, the place is centrally located with lot of popular restaurants near by. The rooms are pretty big and maintained well. The host is really friendly and responsive.

Excellent place for staying with family. Very spacious and private. Responsive host. Lots of shopping around. Very accessible to travel to any part of the city. My children love to stay here. It has plenty of space if guests come around. The only inconvenience is lack of designated parking space and we have to use road side parking which is fine. Overall we all enjoyed the stay and left with good memories.

Manasa Reddy was an exceptional host! She is incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our stay was truly memorable and the place was absolutely fantastic! The penthouse was very cozy, spotless, spacious and beautifully designed with office space to work and had everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the space. The location was perfect, with easy access to majority of the places in Hyderabad and also very near to the metro. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad and would definitely book again in the future!

The place is well located, a few meters from the main road, and has all the amenities for an extended stay outside home. The place is super clean, well furnished with all the equipment needed, from bedsheets, towels to kitchen utensils. The host is always responsive, proactively prompting before check-in, following up after about the stay. Onsite maid is available, for a price, following up about any help needed. I have searched for similar accommodations around, that are half the size this place has and charge similar or more.

Omar is extremely responsive, he communicated well and provided clear instructions(location, check in etc). The property is very easy to locate, it is on a wide road in a good locality. Regarding the interiors, it is exactly how it looks in the photos. There is a lot of open space in the penthouse along with 3 bedrooms with washrooms attached in all three. There is a big smart TV in the drawing room with all the apps already installed. I would highly recommend this property to everyone, no complaints at all.

Syed Shoeib is an amazing host. It was my first time in India and he truly made it a quite enjoyable experience. The accomodations were extremely luxurious and made me feel very comfortable (and safe with the triple lock on the front door). I would recommend his services to anyone!

At first, I wasn't sure if the place would be as good as it is in the pictures. We had an extremely comfortable stay at Abhimanika's place. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, reminiscent of 5-star hotel quality. Aamer was a great host, friendly and welcoming, made us feel right at home. We appreciated the little touches and the warm hospitality. Thanks for having us, Aamer - we would recommend this place to other for sure and it is going to be our go-to place.

The place is clean and quiet, away from traffic noise but still close to shops and restaurants. The hosts were easy to talk to and replied quickly.
