Fantastic staff at the property, very helpful and friendly and they don't intrude on your privacy. swimming pool is so clean and nice. House is small but it's clean, has everything you need for a long stay, outdoor kitchen too and a great laundry area with modern washing machine. Huge seating area outside. The property isn't close to Sipalay but it's not that far to drive and it didn't bother us. I'd definitely come back.

We had an amazing time at Danielle’s Beach House! The private beach access was perfect—our kids were in the water all day. The house was spacious, spotless, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The rooftop deck was a highlight; we enjoyed watching the sunsets from up there. Just a heads-up: there aren’t any shops nearby, so you’ll need to drive to restaurants or stores. The location is a bit remote, but if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place!

I received so much more than expected. Everyone at Pine Acres went too above and beyond anything I could have possibly hoped for. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Bryan is Superman. Bryan's staff gives new meaning to excellence. if you want respect, give respect and you will get respect at Pine Acres. Pay attention, follow simple instructions, respect and appreciate. Do that and you will never find better bang for your $$$

Tyrone und seine Housekeeperin vor Ort waren tolle Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett & ein weiteres mit 2 Hochbetten für 4 Leute. Wir verursachten einen kleinen Schaden & Tyrone hat eine sehr faire schnelle Reparatur veranlasst. Vielen Dank.

Very cute place with a ver nice patio. Quite neighborhood. Excellent parking. Very comfy bed, clean and private place. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed . Shirlen knows everything about Sipalay city. She’s super kind and welcoming and accommodating. We only wish we got to stay longer. Would definitely recommend her home if you’re staying in Sipalay.

Excellent place for a Sipalay get- away!!! The places is spotlesss clean. And as pictured. Amenities like kitchen and dirty kitchen is very convenient when you have a big family. Local restuarants around which serve fresh catch are to die for. Host Christina is very informative and responsive. Thank you! We'll be back someday!
