lovely 4 bed house, plenty of parking space on the drive. Close to shops. So convenient for getting around. A few minutes to the motorway. 10 minutes to get to center of Wolverhampton. Would be great for a much longer stay.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Perfect for what we need, as we attended a wedding locally. Steve was very helpful in the run up, and accommodated us arriving early to get ready for the Wedding. Nice set up, and plenty of tea / coffee / Breakfast items and juice. Exactly as described in his listing, and we felt straight at home. The bed and linens were comfortable and luxurious. The room is exactly as described. It's small, but gets a lot of sun, has a comfortable bed, and a lot of closet space. There's a space in the dining room that's good to work in. Sophie is kind enough to offer her guests coffee and breakfast. She allowed me to check-in early, too. Overall, would highly recommend Sophie's place.

We were in Nottingham for a wedding and the house was very conveniently located. The house was clean and had all the neccessary amenities. Providing some essentials such as milk and bread was a great touch and much appreciated. Scott was very responsive and a great host.

An ideal spot for night before the wedding at Warwick house. The Sonos surround speakers were the highlight, blasting out tunes while getting ready for the big day! Breakfast goodies were much appreciated and saved us having to go out and get bits in. Great for kids too, the tv and games kept them entertained!

Rebecca's place is the perfect spot for a cosy weekend away. The flat is stylish and comfortable, perfectly located in the town centre with a lovely view of the church. Rebecca was very responsive and went the extra mile with small touches - thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is a delightful place to stay. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is convenient. It has 2 large comfortable chairs, a large couch, and a nice double bed. Andrew took care to stock the kitchen with milk, fruit, bread, jam, and an array of spices, condiments, and other convenience items. There is a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, kettle, etc. I couldn't think of anything the kitchen needed. It is ideal for someone needing to be at the University of Nottingham for a period of time, since it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance. Woolaton park is also only 10 minutes away, and getting on to a bus route to other locations is also close by. There is a "Dairy Box" convenience store next door to the location, which is excellent for getting breakfast foods, dinners, and most convenience items. The television and internet both work at a top-notch level. Overall, this is one of the nicest and most convenient Airbnb's I have ever stayed in.

What a special place and a special couple. Jon and Muriel were warm and welcoming and we loved visiting with them. The chapel was a "spiritual treat" and we were honored that they shared it, and it's history, with us. I hope we meet again! B and B

A lovely wecoming family with a beautiful home. We had everything we needed, with a lovely stocked larder for making our own simple breakfast and they were very responsive to our needs. It was perfectly placed to visit the local National Trust properties and to also catch the train into Birmingham. In the evening we enjoyed a strolling round their gorgeous grounds.

Amazing place to stay! We came after our wedding for a quiet weekend away and got exactly that; had such a lovely time in the hot tub in the evening and waking up with the sunshine through the sky light in the morning. Loved Dawns place. It was cosy and warm absolutely spotlessly clean, smelt lovely too, everything you could possibly need and more. What a wonderful thoughtful host.

Lynn & Gavin were great hosts — very friendly and accommodating! They were so kind to lend us an excellent hiking map and provide us with walking directions upon arrival. The breakfast was great! Their property is located very close to cute Tissington village and the walking trail. If you are looking for a quiet, remote getaway — this is your spot! :)

Great stay with David & Justine, very welcoming hosts. Great location in the heart of picturesque Duffield with easy walking access to bars, restaurants and amenities. Really appreciated the breakfast provisions which were topped up daily. All in all a lovely weekend visiting family, would happily return in the future.

Mick is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, comfortable and well-prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking seasonings and essentials which made cooking really easy. The BBQ hob was also a great bonus for outdoor meals. The room and bed were super cozy perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

We have stayed before as it is only 10 mins away from family. Great breakfast too. Beautiful countryside. You can see for miles in all directions. It is a working farm so take wax ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. Will defo go again.

Maggies's home is so welcoming and comfortable, everywhere little caring touches, a wonderful place for visitors to rest between busy-nesses

Very hospitable and very friendly. Showed us how to make tea, use the microwave and provided crockery. Tap water from their built in water filter was fabulous (tasted "light" and noticeably different). Would definitely book again if we return to the area.
