We loved staying here! The views were incredible and within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Airbnb was amazing! The location was perfect! We did long beach walks every morning which was just steps away from where we were at. I loved that the pool was heated which was perfect on the cooler days. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise every morning with a view from our living room area was spectacular. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We will be back! I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Loved our stay at Seaside Villas! It was really nice to have the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths! Easy beach access and walkable to everything in Coligny. Super clean too. Many thanks!

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The place is amazing. The beach area was quiet and relaxing and family friendly. My husband and I were able to relax under the shade of a tree, and enjoy the view and water sound. We really enjoyed our stayed . The location is very peaceful. And a short drive to local restaurants.

This location is AMAZING. Beautiful views, walk down the scenic boardwalk to the beach, there is a small restaurant right there. The beach is huge and beautiful! White sand, no rocks or seaweed. Small waves perfect for boogie boarding even when windy the waves weren’t huge. The complex seems a little bit “old / tired”, could use some renovating, this building was prob the nicest. The actual unit seemed recently redone - very cute! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels and bed linens, they felt cheap. The kitchen has everything you need to cook! There’s an outdoor pool which is very nice in the courtyard of this building and there’s an indoor pool a few buildings over - these plus beach is perfect for kids. We had a great trip and would love to come back and stay here again!

This home exceeded expectations. By far the best host I have come across. The house is beautiful. Everything is provided for. There are no surprises or hidden costs. So many little extras provided that aren’t listed and so thoughtful. Our host responded quickly, kindly, and helpful. Location to the beach was a short walk too. I highly recommend this site and would absolutely rent from Josh again. Fantastic!

Linda and Jay were terrific hosts. We felt right at home as soon as we walked into the front door. They thought of every want and need. Can’t wait to come back and next time bringing less stuff. Sea Pines resort was two weeks of paradise. We parked the car and never used again until we left. Thanks Jay for your prompt response to any question.

Loved this home! Great for a family. The upstairs space is very cute with bunk beds. The stairs are metal and spiral, so just awareness if you have kids who might be smaller as they are probably a little unsafe to navigate on their own (not a negative just to be aware). The main level feels spacious and it was nice to have the bedroom on two sides of the house for some separation. Super walkable and overall great location. LOVED all of the amenities- all the beach items you could need, great W/D to use, super comfy beds and couch, cute back porch space, and lots of pillows, towels, and anything you could need in a kitchen. Would highly recommend staying here! We would love to stay here again!

What a beautiful place. I've stayed in many Airbnbs, and not all of them are clean. This place was spotless. beautiful home, easy to get to, close to everything. would definitely stay there again. Little pricey, but that's Hilton Head for you.

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

We had a fantastic time staying at Brittni's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, the space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! The backyard view is amazing! We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Brittni's and their property highly enough. Beautiful Home! The house and surrounding neighborhood was amazing. Close to beautiful walking trails, great restaurants, shops and beaches. The host was friendly and responsive and even provided a couple of bikes during our stay. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head. Thanks Cesar!

We loved the condo. Very clean. The fountain outside was nice to hear. Our only issue was getting inside when we originally arrived. Our core wasn’t set and the electronic lock didn’t come with any instructions. Once we got the code and figured out the lock we were all set. You will want to touch the lock box on the bottom left before entering the code. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. Kacey was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. I would highly recommend the beach walker for the close proximity to the beaches and restaurants as well as how amazing Kasey is! Definitely will be coming back.

Thank you Dave and Barb for sharing your wonderful condo with us! The condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The instructions you left were easy to follow. Your recommendations were great! We hope to come back and stay next year!

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The house was clean and had many towels available for our use. The house was located close to many shops and restaurants. We had one issue with the WiFi which was resolved after rebooting the router. We ended up going to Publix to get K-cups for the Keurig as we didn’t see any available. The shower pressure was great and every room was clean and tidy.

We spent four nights in Laura’s place for spring break in April and it was ideal. Great location and convenient to everything. Really enjoyed her two bikes as well. Laura communicated very well with us and we would highly recommend her place.

Spacious and comfortable furniture and beds. Had a few questions regarding Palmetto Dunes after staying there and Kevin was very responsive. Large refrigerator and ample counter space for in-stay dining. Excellent location relative to beach, tennis/pickleball courts and golf.

We loved our stay at Sea side villas! It was the perfect spot for a trip with my Mom. Luke’s condo checked a lot of our boxes - 2 bedrooms, complex with an elevator, outdoor space & steps to the beach! You will love the location - it’s so central! Very close to the ocean, great shops and dining within walking distance and a short drive to everywhere else on the island. Spent most of my mornings planted on that sun deck and the afternoons by the pool! The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer term stay - even laundry! Do a grocery run on your way into town and you won’t ever leave. Can’t wait to come back.

David was an excellent host that checked in with us to make sure our stay was as expected. The location looked a bit dated on the outside but the condo was updated and had everything we needed plus more. The ease of walking to the private beach was the best part and hope to stay again in the future.
