The house was perfect! It was very open with plenty of room! We loved the openness of the kitchen into the dining room and into the living room! That’s where we stayed the most! All the beds were so comfortable! It was wonderful experience!

This is a great space for a family. Quiet surroundings, great kitchen and outdoor space.

Do not hesitate to book this place! It feels like home away from home. Extremely clean, comfortable, well stocked and best of all, that deck and its amazing view! The host replied quickly and helped with any questions we had. We would absolutely book again and are already trying to see when we can return to this wonderful place!

We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. This was our third consecutive year coming to Hilton Head for spring break. This home has been our favorite so far! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The home had all amenities listed plus a well stocked kitchen and pantry for all the incidentals. We come for to Hilton Head mostly for the leisure family biking and it was easy to jump on the Sea Pines leisure trail from the house. There were plenty of tables for board games and puzzles when our kids were finally wore down enough to let us relax. The Roku TV's were everywhere in the home so we could log in and watch our shows. We loved the house and the communications and instructions for staying were clear. Would definitely stay again if scheduling works out!

The place was very nice, clean and close to the pool / beach- the only slight problem was the hot water - we had 4 kids and 2 adults- after 1 kid shower we no longer had any hot water - the building was a little hard to find at first because it wasn't clear on the directions that there were multiple C buildings therefore we went to the wrong one at first- overall great stay and could recommend

This home was perfect for us. It had four generous bedrooms with a perfect layout for a multi-generational family with small children, each with adjoining bathrooms. The home was well-equipped and clean, with very comfortable sitting rooms and easy bike access to the beaches, Harbour Town, South Beach and the Greenwood neighborhood playground and pool. We had such a wonderful time staying here, and would definitely rent this home again for its comfort and central location.

This was our first time to Hilton Head Island and we are so glad that we chose this property for our stay! Hosts were great and very responsive. The house itself was extremely nice, clean, and well equipped. Beds were high quality and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing and very private! We opted for pool heat, which I recommend if you are there in cooler months. It's an additional charge, but the hosts make it affordable and the heater works really well. You could see the steam on the cool nights. Arcade machine was awesome and the retro game selection brought back alot of memories. We had bikes delivered to the home and rode all over Sea Pines, which I highly recommend. Beach access is a very short ride away. Rent a trailer for one of the bikes if you plan on going to the beach. It made things much easier. Overall, very impressed with the house, hosts, and Sea Pines. We are already planning our next trip and will stay here again if it's available.

Andrea place was perfect for bringing our boat to enjoy the waters of Beaufort and HHI. The accommodations was everything we expedited. Andrea is very friendly and ready to make your stay enjoyable.

The unit was perfect for us. It was centrally-located and close to the beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc., while also nestled in the treetops. Parking was convenient and the area was quiet. The condo was clean and everything felt relatively newly-furnished. We were very happy with the place. Minor complaint was that dishes fit awkwardly in the dishwasher but we manuevered around that.

Me and my family were very pleased by the condo from the very beginning. It was clean, cozy, and felt like home. Rana responded very quickly and answered any questions that I had. There was plenty of room for my whole family whether we were sleeping or sitting around. I highly recommend staying here!

Spacious house in a great community. Evian is a super location on HHI that is centrally located to lots of amenities. The townhouse is located right across from the pool and tennis courts and a short bike ride to the beach. The house backs onto a lagoon that provides a good setting to have coffee or a drink. Margaret was easy to deal with and provided clear and concise instructions. Hilton Head is one of our familie’s favourite places to visit, hopefully we’ll be back again someday soon.

We absolutely loved this location. Anne was a fantastic host and we would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay on Hilton Head Island.

The condo was well organized with all the essentials and extras such as beach gear and cruiser bikes. Also, the unit is located in a great location, with convenient walking distances to restaurants, bars, shopping, and ice cream parlors while nestled far enough way from the entrainment facilities for tranquility. We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo largely due to the condo's location and being well maintained along with the great communication of the owner.

We loved the location in Shipyard, private but near the beach and restaurants we frequented. The villa was extremely clean with up-to-date appliances and finishes. Would definitely stay again if the right opportunity comes up.

Summer was so amazingly responsive! And their home was very comfy and welcoming! So convenient to have golf cart and access to a private beach. Kids couldn’t get enough of it! Beds were so comfy.

Amazing location. Just steps away from the beach and pool. Perfect spot for our family of 5 to enjoy a great family vacation! We have stayed in quite a few places with our family over the years and this one ranks among the best. The kitchen had everything we needed and we also used the grill once. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the space. Hope to return to this unit again!

I cannot say enough great things about renting from the boys of HHI. They were so responsive thru out my booking process, leading up to the trip and during my stay. The house was wonderful and they had so many touches that made you feel right at home. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay. It is so rare to stay at an AirBnB and have the luxury of staying at a hotel (shampoo, body wash, coffee, snacks etc) but that’s what they provide. Highly recommend!

We love staying in the Shipyard community. People and dogs are friendly and great within the community and the beach. Biking is easy and fun. Our condo was quiet and peaceful. Would stay again!🙏🩵👍✌️🏖️

First time visitors from the UK. The house was perfect for our stay with all our needs catered for. The house was really clean, had a well stocked kitchen, comfy sofas, great bathrooms. Beach chairs & towels were a great help. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay there again, highly recommend. We hired bikes and rode to the beach every day, it took just 5 mins to get there - we started each morning with a ride on the beach and saw dolphins each day. You can cycle down the beach to Coligny in about 30 mins. We loved Palmetto Dunes, a great location to stay in and to use as a base for exploring the island. We made use of the pickleball courts and golf range. It was great cycling around PD and seeing gators from a safe distance! Erin was the perfect host, very responsive & informative both before and during our stay. Erin went out of her way for a specific request and couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you Erin, you have a beautiful home.

The location was perfect. It was easy to get to and very close to the pool. The location was gorgeous and you could tell that everything was thoughtfully placed. What made it amazing was the thought gone into the “extra” items. For example Kim provided a beach wagon with chairs, toys and umbrella. That made traveling lighter. When we did have a question she was very responsive and friendly. We loved the privacy of the location and will absolutely book again.

I give this airbnb a 5/5. It was very clean and well equipped for people traveling from another state. Very spacious for a family and provided swimming toys for the pool and beach.
