We loved staying at this AirBnb! The beds were comfortable and big. The space was wonderful for 4 people. The kitchen was very well-stocked (good can opener, hand mixer, slow cooker, pots, pans, measuring cups, and all sorts of cooking utensils). The resort had pretty areas to walk. We walked our dog, but we also walked ourselves by the marina, to a little kayak dock, and even to the small beach. Our favorite part was the view from the decks. We were able to see manatees every day--which was such a treat for us. The fishing pier was damaged during a recent hurricane, but we ended up having a nice day fishing and exploring at E.G. Simmons Regional Park. Julie was a thoughtful host who communicated well. We hope we can return to this one!

My children and I loved this home! It was so cozy and quiet. Even though it was in a townhouse, the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. My kids didnt want to leave. If we ever visit tampa again I will definitely stay here if its available. Lori was so sweet and answered any questions I had promptly.

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is so cozy and clean as described. Would have loved to use the bikes but didn’t have access to garage. Would stay again if in area.

Our family flew in to spend Easter with my UT son. Although we probably could have booked something closer to campus, we don't regret spending our time at Nima's place. It wasn't in the hustle and bustle of Tampa, which is just fine by us. His place was very clean, private and easy to find. The unit contained everything you'd need too- just when I thought, I wish I brought my hair dryer, I would open a cupboard and find one! My husband and daughter enjoyed the Mexican restaurant/ market across the street and brought back some delicious items. We met the managers of the units (I think that is what they called themselves) and they lent us beach towels, a chair and umbrella when we mentioned we were going to the beach. We highly recommend Nima's spot- You won't be disappointed ! great people and a great price! We will be back for sure :)

The property was clean and well appointed. Lots of stairs! (But we knew that). Beautiful top floor deck. The community is quiet and very private for being in the middle of a very busy area.

Wow! The condo was so clean and had everything you need for the week. The view is breathtaking and we loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group, we all had our own space. Conveniently located to many place and walking distance to restaurants and ice cream at The Candy Kitchen. The communication was excellent before our stay and Kim checked in on us while we were there. This location, view and beach are worth it and such a good value! We would go back in a heartbeat! We had a great Spring Break!

This was a lovely place to stay; plenty of room for a family gathering. Everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. David is a very responsive and understanding host. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at the Casa. it was just what we were looking for and felt very at home. It did not bother us but it may bother others so fyi... they are building townhouses a few doors down and the interstate is right behind the home. Not that we didnt hear the noises but they weren't too loud and didn't bother us at all.

Nice spot and had everything we needed. Convenient location to most of Tampa. Decent space, very clean, and responsive hosts. Would stay again.

This place is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable for the family. You have all you need in the house, kitchen tools, bathroom items, beach toys, books for kids etc. The beach is just 15 min from the house, the community is very quiet and no troubles at all.

Super clean and was stocked with all the essentials! Very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Also located in a great area - 10 min walk to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was a 15 out of 10! My girlfriend and I were in a pinch trying to find a second place to stay after Hurricane Milton (our home got ruined and we lost all our furniture). These guys responded quickly. The check in was super easy as opposed to most key pads. The outside area is SO CUTE btw. The home was really homey and super clean; it also had EVERYTHING we needed from pots, utensils, W/D, towels, etc. Oh! And the bed was SOOOO comfortable. I even asked where they got the bed hehe 😂🥰 It was 10 extra mins for me to work but that’s alright. But yes, Would definitely stay again.

Sebastian's place was perfect for our needs for a long weekend stay. Very clean, quiet surroundings, well-located, and very easy in-and-out instructions. Would most certainly stay here again if the need arises. Thank you Sebastian!

Great stay, plenty of room, comfy furniture and bed. Parking right out our front door. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood to walk.

We loved our stay! This house is wonderful for quality family time! It’s just a short walk from many restaurants and things to do. The beach access was nice and private which we really appreciated! There were many nice beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice. The half bath in the downstairs storage area was really handy, no need to get your feet all cleaned up and go upstairs to the bathroom if you were hanging out on the beach! We really loved the spacious house. The bathrooms were super nice. The beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to just be aware of and careful for is the sand on the beach near the house still had debris and glass in it from the hurricane. You just need to watch where you walk. The hot tub and back patio were destroyed in the hurricane as well. But we totally understand it takes time to get this stuff up and running again. Glad to see the area thriving again! We love Madeira beach!

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and organized as well as open and airy. Had lots of amenities and was as advertised on Airbnb. My host was VERY responsive to questions/messages. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Townhouse. It is comfortable and colorful. Was just like the photos. We felt right at home. Randi was great with communication throughout our stay. The location is quiet and safe. It is very close to a number of restaurants and shops. Great location to get to anywhere in Tampa in a short distance. Randi pays particular attention to detail which is reflected in the cleanliness of the space. Also, in the fact that it has well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are comfy. Our favorite feature of the property was to be able to sit out on the patio in the evenings. It overlooks a little lake and it is so peaceful. I particularly loved the well stocked coffee/ tea bar! We came to Tampa to visit our daughter who lives five minutes away. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, new, modern house on a quiet street, right next to the walking path and so close to Dunedin's main street. My mom described it best, "stunning.... fabulous... can you believe how nice this is?" Lisa was friendly and responsive. She was also very thoughtful with nice little welcome items. The house was immaculately clean, beds were very comfortable, the three outdoor spaces were beautiful, great kitchen. If I could rate this higher than a five star experience I would. We would live to stay again and again. Thank you, Lisa!

Great spot, especially if traveling solo. Had all necessary amenities, a designated parking spot, and I did not run into issues during my stay. The host was very responsive and provided precise details to make the check in and check out process clear.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen und die Immobilie ist sehr gepflegt. Auf ein zwei kleine Probleme hat uns Lina rasch geantwortet und geholfen. Etwas schade ist, dass es keinen Esstisch hat und einfach 3 Sitzplätze an der Küchenbar. Dies ist für mehr als 3 Gäste nicht so praktisch. Wir konnten uns beim Essen jedoch arrangieren.

Janet’s place was clean and quiet. the location was nice too. We enjoyed walking in the park next to the condo and biking at Flatwoods Park. Grocery store and restaurants were nearby which was super convenient. The garage is made for small cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was honestly one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with Airbnb. The host was SO helpful, my sister missed her flight back home and the host allowed us plenty of time to stay until we figured out what we were going to do. She was so so responsive to every little issue we had and got everything corrected right away. The house was BEAUTIFUL, extra linens were provided, BACKUP extra linens... this house really had all we could have possibly needed and it was such a wonderful stay. 10/10 stay !! I would definitely recommend this stay but I really hope it's available when I come back to the Tampa area 😅 !

There for NCAA women’s final. Could catch trolley to and from event. YBor was quaint and accessible. Farmers market on Saturday was easy walk. Nice to be out of the middle of downtown Tampa, but easy to access.
