What a wonderful place to stay in the West area. My family stayed here for my son’s wedding in Abbott and reception in West. We also took a quick outing just a few minutes away to Magnolia Silos in Waco. Great location! The house had plenty of room inside and out, plus was stocked with everything we needed. The home is definitely one our family would choose to stay in again for another family gathering. Thanks Trevor for providing my family such an inviting and relaxing place to stay!

The home us in a campground very close to a beautiful lake. It is equipped with dishes, towels, and toiletries. The area is very peaceful. Waco is only 35 minutes from this location.

Roger and Candice were very flexible with us and they were very nice to work with! We thoroughly enjoyed the time and we felt very at home! The kids said it was the most cozy air bnb we had ever stayed at.

Everything was pretty accurate as described in the listing. My family really enjoyed the peaceful countryside and views. The water pressure in the house was very weak other than that it was very nice. Don’t wash your car/truck before coming here the roads are very dusty and your vehicle will be covered in dust when you leave. Our overall experience was great though the lake is less than 10 minutes away with lots of outdoor activities!

Jackie's Jewel was an ideal 4BR, 2.5 BA house for our family and dog to spend Thanksgiving holidays. There was plenty of room for us to cook with a well stocked kitchen, watch football and movies in the 2 family rooms and eat, do puzzles and games in the dining room. We loved the outdoor patio, large fenced in yards and the short walk to the lake. We also enjoyed Wed night fajita special at Tres Hermananos Mexican Restaurant, shopping in downtown Whitney and golfing nearby. We appreciate Jackie's hospitality and recommend this Airbnb to families that want a homey atmosphere.

Far and away the BEST airbnb we have ever stayed in (and we've stayed in some amazing airbnbs!). This place was so charming and such a perfect location...right near the heart of Hillsboro's town square with delicious restaurants and cute shops. Courtney's place was well stocked, so clean and felt like home away from home. She has amazing attention to detail and all of the little details made this home so inviting and charming. Definitely made the list of places we'd love to visit again!

The stay was nice. Thought it was on the side of the road by the lake but that was my fault for not studying it hard enough. Kelli was very friendly and went out of there way to bring us a grill because the one that was supposed to be there was missing.

Wow! This place is impressive. We came to town to lay my grandma to rest. Jessica left a sweet card and flowers for our family. There are sweet little things other Airbnb don’t think of, for example, good soap - smells good; shower cap, magazines in the bathroom, good coffee (Dunkin’!), and so much more. I’m excited to stay again - Thank you, Jessica, for everything!

The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I stayed here with 18+ people, and it didn’t feel overcrowded at all! It was a great space to hangout, and it was exactly what my friends and I needed. The house was very nice with plenty of amenities, and the front yard was such a fun hangout spot (especially at night with the great lighting). The beautiful lake is within walking distance, and it was absolutely perfect. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone, and I hope we’ll be back one day!

Had a fantastic time fishing and swimming with the family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Such a peaceful special place on the edge of beautiful Lake Whitney. Our family of 6 stayed here for a long weekend meeting some other family who was staying nearby. Perfect place to get together and enjoy breakfast before a day on the lake and then in the evening to unwind/relax. Coffee on the outdoor sitting area near the fire pit was serene and relaxing listened to the birds sing their morning songs as well as the lake glistening in the distance. The neighbors dog hung out with us and what a friendly well fed old gentleman he was. Our kids loved him and couldn’t wait to see him every morning and evening. Can’t wait to return again and make more memories enjoying such a peaceful relaxing lake side home. Thank you.

The two spaces are really above and beyond. Awesome showers and laundry facilities. Great kitchens. I appreciated having desks and usb ports everywhere. Great job, truly. And he was very understanding about a bit later checkout.

The stay was nice. It was for a charity golf tournament that I play in, and it was only 5 min away. Will stay again next year.

Sweet place to sit outside, take a dip in the cove or binge watch DVDs. A place to just lay back. Cute, comfy and back to basics. Thank you guys!
