Highly recommend! We spent several wonderful days enjoying this property – relaxing on the upper deck and around the areas closer to the water. We enjoyed watching the deer roam around the property and watching our dog watch the deer. We also saw lots of monarch butterflies and a fox. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the property is so serene. We were also pleased at how many great restaurants there were in the area. Pamela and her son, Sam, were very nice and helpful and responsive.

Wish we could've stayed longer! The area is located in the middle of so many things that would be great to do wine tasting, whiskey places, restaurants, bars, attractions. If you do your research before arriving you'll have a list of things to do. Nonetheless, if evem if you don't, and you decide to stay at the house its feels secluded enough and spacious enough that that youre not crammed. The kitchen has so many cooking utensils and pots/pans that it felt like a home away from home. The grill was such a plus and with a full propane tank! Lastly, the dock offered so much space that if needed you could dip and sunbathe all you want. I will be back!

Great House

The place was even better than the pictures. The water level was great, the location is unbeatable and the hosts were so kind to answer any questions and accommodate us as well as possible. I’d recommend this place to anyone that wants to experience the lake/river area 30 min from Austin. We can’t wait to go back with more family!

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

We had a great time at Lacey’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was a weekend girls trip and the house had enough beds that our party of 8 slept comfortably. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice and peaceful trip to Lake Travis.

Opinions: River access made easy. The place was beautiful, warm/felt like home, and was nicely decorated. Looks like the photos. The king bed in the master suite was acceptable from comfort standards. The linens were nice. AC worked. The living room couch was great! We'd stay here again. FACTS: - 7-minute drive to HEB. - There were no sheet pans or baking dishes in the kitchen. - Cozi Vacation Rentals notified us that no one was staying there the day before our arrival. They offered 50% off to book that date. We declined. - We asked Cozi rentals to check in two hours early (2pm instead of 4pm), since no one was there. They quoted us an early check-in fee of $70.00. We declined. - Master bathroom door is a barn door - house is at the end of a narrow cul-de-sac - floor fans provided - Garage access is prohibited

We had a wonderful time! The host was very communicative & checked in often! The home and property were beautiful and had everything we could have wanted to make the weekend super fun and memorable! We loved our stay!

Serene Shores is remarkable!! The house and detached cabin had everything we needed to be comfortable. The upstairs patio overlooking the pool and hot tub was one of our favorite parts. Having coffee and tea in the mornings and listening to the gentle breeze was so relaxing. The hummingbird feeder was a nice touch. OH and the kids had so much fun with the scavenger hunt! We didn’t mind the distance from town and enjoyed being a little isolated, although the neighbors across the street were very friendly. All in all 5 stars; will definitely be visiting again! Paul was super responsive and accommodating.

The place was fantastic. Great location, charming seafood restaurant just walking distance from the house. Walking down by the small lake was a pleasure. The house was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for our short stay. Thanks!

Nicely appointed, very clean and beautiful spot! Denise was a great communicator and even arranged for an earlier check in when our plans had us in the area a few hours earlier than expected.

Perfect home rental for my family as we were attending a wedding. Home was easy for my older in-laws to use without any difficulties for their mobility getting in and out of the home. The wedding venue was 10 minutes away at Villa Antonia. The hotel accommodations for the wedding was 45 minutes away so this home rental was a lot more convenient for us compared to the rest of the wedding party (including the bride and groom!).

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was wonderfully responsive, quick to reply, and so polite—it really made the experience special. The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had such a peaceful feel that made relaxing easy. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. Melissa was amazing as well, very responsive and polite, felt right at home.

Loved our stay! Such a nice clean house with breathtaking views! Would love to stay again when there isn’t work being done to the lake! We had to walk a good way to get to water but still was able to fish and spend unforgettable time with family!! Even caught a fish out there yards away! I would definitely stay here again and again and again! It was like a dream home for us! We loved every bit of it!!! Thanks for the quick responses to any inquiries we had and the last minute later check out approval! This kind couple and their home. We had a wonderful time at Martin’s house! From the moment I messaged him about staying, he was responsive and helpful! We wanted a house that slept 30 people, allowed dogs, allowed us to hold our small elopement, and had activities for our family to enjoy throughout the weekend. This house met the criteria and more! It had plenty of space, many activities, baby and dog materials, the best pool and hot tub, and a beautiful view, which was amazing for our wedding photos. Our entire family raved about the house! It was a weekend we’ll never forget! We would love to come back for another family weekend or an anniversary celebration! Thank you so much for hosting us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

The house was a great place for a girl trip. We just hung out there for a few days and one day drove to Gruene for a day of shopping and eating. The porch was a great place to drink coffee in the morning and have a cocktail in the evening. The furniture throughout the house was comfortable. The kitchen and dining area was very spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
