This is a repeat stay for us and we just love coming back to Cole and Emily’s place. If you are looking for a serene and peaceful escape on the water with beautiful views - this is it. Tranquil, lovely place to recharge and relax. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet surroundings, good WiFi, clean home, nice setup for indoor and outdoor fireplace set up. Nice location with proximity to activities and restaurants. We will be back! Thanks for another wonderful long weekend!

It was a great stay, close to campus and with enough space for my daughter to have some of her NMU friends over for games and the hot tub! Quiet neighborhood that is pretty close to everything. There is even a 9 hole disc golf course two blocks away! It is a great find and would definitely recommend. Thanks!

This home was a perfect place for a women's mini retreat weekend. It was a very comfortable space for 6 ladies. A suggestion would be a little heater in the main floor master bath for colder months would be helpful. It is quite chilly in there. We hope to stay again sometime.

Our 2 boys go to Michigan Tech and Northern Michigan University. Connor's house was the perfect place to have the family get together for Easter weekend. We got a good deal on a last minute reservation, and everything fell into place nicely. Connor's house was clean and comfortable with a great supply of all the basics that we would need. Thank you for hosting us, so we could enjoy some games, supercross on tv, an Easter dinner, and a local church service for Easter!

We really loved the location and the private fenced in yard, it was great for our pet. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable and close to everything. Amy was very proactive prior to our arrival and getting in and out was super easy. We also loved the plants and the pottery, very nice. Thank you again Amy for allowing us to stay in your home.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well taken care of. The hosts were so kind — they reached out during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. It made us feel really welcomed and cared for. Would definitely recommend staying here!

All I can say is Brandi and her entire staff are the most accommodating, amazing people ever. I had issues, nothing to do with any of them, they jumped into action and helped me. I will be renting from Brandi in the future, and I have already recommended her properties to everyone I know.

Our snowmobile group has been staying here for 5+ years! The house is clean and full of all the amenities for a great weekend. We especially love the fireplace, kitchen counter for putting together a puzzle, and easy access to the snowmobile trails. It's one of our favorite weekends of the year! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a winter getaway. My wife has allergies, so great to stay in a place so clean it is not an issue.

Nicest property I have ever rented. The rooftop deck was incredible, including the container plunge pool. Super awesome. Best place to watch sunrise in Charlevoix.

We absolutely loved our stay beautiful place great view. Perfect location in between the places that we were going not far from restaurants hostess was amazing and kind. The home was beautiful and very relaxing. We hope to come back again sometime soon.

100% awesome place to stay! Super cozy, quiet, right next to Bay Harbor and the highway being right there makes getting to Petoskey easy peasy. This makes Walmart or Meijer runs a breeze should you nee provisions and downtown is around the corner for local eats. I was there for a couple days of snowboarding and will totally investigate availability when I come up next year or if the wife and I drop in over summer!
