Navigation Cottage Luxury on the Historic Sea Lock

Navigation Cottage is set right on the Historic Sea Lock at Heybridge Basin. It is a great place to visit with the picturesque canal walk where beautiful Thames Barges can often be seen, the Sea Wall walk past the lake Nature Reserve into Maldon or to the Marina. There are good pubs and the famous Tiptree Tee Rooms at the Sea Lock. The owners have built a lovely decking to enjoy the peaceful views across the garden and over the Lake. Perhaps book a trip on one of the Historic Thames Barges.

Barge View apartment is an independent living space in the heart of Maldon. Offering amazing views over the River Blackwater there is no place quite like it, in fact the river front and iconic Thames barges are just a stone’s throw away! The beautiful Prom Park is also on the doorstep perfect for photography or exercise. There are numerous places to eat with many restaurants and pubs a few minutes walk away. This stylish and cosy apartment was completed in January 2022

Boutique cabin in countryside setting in the beautiful peaceful village of Little Baddow, a picturesque village in Essex. 10 minutes by car from the city of Chelmsford and 15 minutes from coastal town of Maldon. The village itself has 2 pubs and lots of walking routes nearby. Paper Mill Lock is a pleasant 30 min walk and has water sport facilities and tea room. Footpath maps available. Travel cot or single fold out guest bed avail on request, no additional cost.

Sailing Barge Reminder, Hythe Quay

Built in 1929, Reminder offers an unusual and memorable venue for weekend stays, moored on Maldon's Hythe Quay. Ideally placed for exploring rural Essex with sea wall walks, a lovely High Street and riverside pubs. Mostly two night minimum stay, but requests for one night considered. Lots of places to eat very close by. If you would like a private dinner party on board, ask Steph about or chef service. Plenty of space on deck to enjoy the river views.

Primrose Lodge in Maldon

Perfectly located in a peaceful haven, only a 5 minute walk to Maldon's high street with it's vast array restaurants, cafes and bars as well as many boutique shops. Beautiful walks from Maldon including Beeleigh falls. There is also the renowned Maldon Promenade to visit. Offering a self contained annexe split over two floors. Clean towels, fresh bed linen and toiletries are provided as well as a coffee machine, tea, sugar and milk, TV and WFI.

St George’s Cosy Cabin with Jacuzzi Hot Tub

The cabin is set within a privately owned lane surrounded by woods and farmland. Situated within the grounds of our house it can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 small children. Cot, highchair and 2 single airbeds are available. It boasts a large patio with sunbeds and quality furniture and the jacuzzi is an added luxury, £20 is requested via this app if used. There is a large fully stocked fishpond of which guests are welcome to feed.

Located a short walk of the town and quay the annexe was recently added to our home . The bright and airy space comprises of kitchen opening on to a living area with a sofa bed ( small double) , bedroom with king size bed, shower room ,off road parking . The annexes ideal for three adults, but is equipped for four and works equally well for two adults and two children.

St Peter's Cottage, Essex countryside

New build house in outstanding countryside location. Half acre (2000 m2) garden surrounded by open fields with views across the Blackwater River valley in every direction. The house is located next to the ancient monument of St Peter's Church, dating from the 11th century and now a stained glass artists studio.
