Second time staying at the courtyard and I'm sure we will be booking it again for the third time. Perfect location. Immaculate cottage. Spotlessly clean. Wouldn't book anywhere else in York.

Poppys Place was an ideal find for our overnight stay, seemed a shame we didn’t book 2 nights. Clean, tidy, peaceful and such a comfortable bed! We come to York a few time a year and would stay here again. Thank you we had a lovely stay x

We had a 3 night stay at the Garden Flat. We were made very welcome and the accomodation had everything we needed. We were blessed with good weather so could make the best of the beautiful area and especially the peaceful, pretty garden. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We had such a lovely stay at this apartment! It was the perfect size for two people—clean, comfortable, and incredibly homely. The location was great - very walkable to the city centre, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment itself was modern and well-designed, with everything we needed. Communication was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The outdoor space was beautiful and well maintained, adding to the peaceful vibe. Inside, the thoughtful touches like teas, coffee, and other small provisions really made a difference. We actually ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much - we didn’t even want to leave! We’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely weekend stay at the apartment. It was lovely and clean, homely, had everything we needed! It was also close by to the station and city centre which was perfect! The host was very reliable, and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you ☺️

The flat was beautiful. Clean, quiet, warm, comfortable, private, well-equipped and within short walking distance of so many of the highlights of Harrogate. Joost responded quickly to any questions that I had and I genuinely loved the place. If ever again in Harrogate, I'd look to see if the flat was available! I'd highly recommend staying there.

Paul is a good host he contacted us after we arrived to ask if everything was ok . We received all our instructions the day before our arrival date instructions were very clear. Lock box was easy to use. Very comfy and clean apartment walkable to train station and city centre by road or canal THANK YOU PAUL

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and lovely and responsive hosts. The house was perfect for us, and we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. A lovely house set within a peaceful courtyard. Petra was very quick to respond to our messages and everything was just as described. The yellow tulips on the table were a lovely touch to compliment our trip to the Flower Show. Thank you! 💐

The house it’s self it’s unreal. I was in Leeds for my birthday so me and the lads loved the pool table in the dining area it was a perfect setup for us. Check in and check out as easy as can be. Would 100% recommend!

This is a lovely, homely Airbnb with a beautiful sunny courtyard garden. The walk into town is about 15-30 minutes ( depending on which part) along riverside walk. We also walked to York racecourse for Parkrun. Quiet location with on street parking.

A really quiet, peaceful location down a private lane but close to Wetherby and Collingham for restaurants, shops or takeaway. Parking was outside the door to the bedroom which was on the ground floor while the kitchen, lounge and eating area were on the first floor due to sloping ground. This made moving luggage from car to bedroom really easy with only foodstuffs needing to be taken upstairs . Helen kindly left milk in the fridge and the basics for making a drink with some biscuits. The property was really light and airy with a large walk in shower in the en suite. I was very taken with the small combined oven and microwave as in my experience not many places provide more than a hob. I only stayed two nights but would have been very happy to stay longer.

Place was more spacious than expected, with a great kitchen and very spacious living room. Overall very happy with the stay!

Me and my family had a great stay here, nice peacefull area just outside city centre. House was perfect for our needs, and was exactly as shown in the photographs. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to host a family or group of friends in Leeds!

Had a great stay here, Jonathan was super responsive and friendly. The flat was easy to find and in a great location, we parked the car and walked everywhere! The flat was spotless and we felt right at home 😊

Well furnished and spotlessly clean apartment, within about 15 minutes walking distance of York Station and city centre. The walk into the city, along the river is very pretty. The road was quiet at night and there is a corner shop nearby. Hope to return.

Sophie's flat is perfect, just beautiful 👌 Really peaceful location with an easy and lovely walk into the centre of Ripon. Ripon itself is fantastic, much more to do and see than we expected. An all-round wonderful holiday!

I think that this was my third stay and I'll be back again. Such a lovely peaceful setting and I always feel right at home. Bex was, as ever, very helpful and friendly in her communication. This is a great stay and great value for money.

Wonderful apartment and Rebecca was fab. There wasn’t much to ask but when I did she responded within a few minutes. Stunning apartment with everything you could ask for including location and views of the York Minster. We will be back !

We had a fantastic visit and Eleanor went above and beyond for us! The location was ideal and so peaceful. We loved how Tracy's place is walkable from the train station as well as the sights in York. Modern, clean, stylish interior-loved the rain shower in bath. Great decor/artwork. Comfortable beds, nice terrace, responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!
