Our 2 families had a great stay. Nice weekend getaway, close to our boys’ basketball tournament. Lots of room for 8 of us and if felt like home!

Beautiful home and very clean!! Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and beds. Convenient to all attractions and Abigail is very accommodating and kind! Horses came to greet us most times in early morning and evenings which was a nice treat. Also can see the Amish horse and buggies from the house. This awesome home is located on a main highway so if a light sleeper make sure to bring a sound machine or fan. We did fine and would book with Abigail again!

My family and I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy and exactly as described. We loved the hot tub — it was clean, private and the perfect way to relax. The hosts were super responsive and made check- in super easy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Chris & Claudia’s place was amazing! Everything was clean and there were so many beautiful details from the wall decor to the bathroom amenities. It fit 6 of us very comfortably. We loved their book collection throughout the house! We used the hot tub and it was the perfect temperature and beautiful outdoor area. It’s a great location because it’s close to all the activities in Lancaster! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Charlie is the most understanding owner I’ve ever spoken to. Although there was multiple issues that we came in contact with he was super understanding and had so much patience with me. He truly is a wonderful man and his communication is top 10. His house is the loviest and I’d 100% recommend this airbnb if you’re thinking of staying here.

This Airbnb is amazingly spacious and squeaky clean!! WOW!! Our family loved our time here and we were so incredibly comfortable. Every thoughtful detail is covered. Quick drive to all the fun activities in the community. We all had a great time, just wish we could have stayed longer.

Being our first Airbnb experience, Red Door Retreat exceeded our expectations!! It was so much fun staying there, great for all ages! My husband, 2 teenage boys, and myself wanted an extended weekend getaway by a cute town and a fun home. Well, we had a blast, playing games like foosball, basketball, Pac-Man arcade games and lots of games on the infinity table. We spent lots of time in the hot tub, made smores and relaxed and laughed by the fire, and I loved swinging in the gravity chair by the front window. It was nice lounging on the comfy couch and my husband loved the huge TV above the fireplace. The rooms were so beautifully decorated too, each with its own theme. We all loved the restful sleeps we got with the memory foam mattresses. Kyle’s attention to detail and added bells and whistles (extras) were even more than we expected! The location was great too! Plenty of great restaurants and attractions. Can’t wait to check out Kyle’s other locations! Best Host Ever! -Deb & fam

After a day at Hersheypark, we arrived just in time for a beautiful sunset. The view here is really wonderful. This is a beautiful and peaceful property. We were so thankful for the snacks, cookies, and gift of a mug with treats :) They have everything you could need. The hosts were very friendly, kind, and responsive. We would have loved to chat with them more if we had more time. My son and our pup enjoyed running around the grounds and playing on the swing set. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We look forward to our next stay to spend time exploring the nearby trails, fossil sites, and alpaca next door.

My family and I stayed at Todd’s for a visit to Dutch Wonderland. It was fantastic. The house is unique and beautiful. Great movies, games, coffee table books. My kids loved playing in the basement. My husband loved playing great tunes on the record player. It was too cold for us to spend time outside, but in warmer weather the back yard would be amazing. Todd was very communicative and made us feel extremely welcome. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay!!! Very convenient to different places and very quiet at night!!! Kathryn was very responsive and helpful when asked questions. Bedrooms were spacious and the place was spotless!Each family member had their own bedroom. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Nice, clean house right in the heart of town. Would definitely stay here again. No complaints.

Our entire family agreed that Kristina and James' home was perfect for our stay. It featured separate bedrooms for each family, ensuring that everyone could sleep peacefully. The spacious downstairs area provided an excellent play space for the kids, allowing adults to relax without interruption. The large kitchen was ideal for cooking and dining together. Even with the cool weather, several adults enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub. James and Kristina were quick to respond to all our requests, which made our visit even more enjoyable. If we ever need a place to stay in York, Pennsylvania, this will be our first choice.

Great spot for a family of 4 and two grand parents. Lots of space for everyone who wants to do their own thing inside the house. Plenty of privacy in the cul-de-sac and within short walking distance of the bakery.

Our host was very supportive and helpful in accommodating our needs. My family will definitely be staying at this location in the future.

The location of the house was perfect! We loved our stay and the kids appreciated the sandbox, swing set and the toys in the basement. We did run into an issue with the code not working on the door but it was rectified after messaging the host. Overall it was a great stay!

Our family stayed here for a night during an educational visit. Debbie was very welcoming and helpful. The vibe of the space is more of a youth retreat set up, instead of an apartment type, but that was perfect for our kids and this visit to Gettysburg. We didn’t get to explore the grounds but the area was so peaceful and beautiful. One thing that stood out as exceptional was the tremendous number of blankets, pillows and towels available. There was WELL over the number needed to accommodate people staying. Normally, places have just barely enough, but Debbie’s place far exceeded our expectations in this area. Definitely worth staying here!

Great place really near Lancaster East area. There is a target close by and tons of other stores to get what you need. It’s close to Bird-in-Hand and Dutch Wonderland. It felt very central to us and we could have walked to Target if needed. The house is great. It’s comfortable and has a lot of great space. The kids really loved the playroom and it was easy to let them run around after moving a few decorative breakables out of the way. The couches are comfortable for a family movie night and the kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need to make a great dinner. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet and cozy. We would definitely book here again!

The place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host Duane C was incredibly responsible . We highly recommend this listing to anyone visit.

The house was just as in the photos and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. Christopher was responsive when we had issues with the WiFi and got things resolved for us. I would highly recommend the Hetty house!

The host was very responsive, the home is spectacular inside and well worth the stay. It wasn’t an issue for us as we only stayed one night and wasn’t at the house that much but there is a campground that joins the back yard. My kids enjoyed watching the Amish go by on their bikes and horse and buggy’s. We would stay again if we return to Lancaster and I’m sure we will.

While I’ve been to Lancaster a few times prior, I’ve never ventured there with a larger group. This house was a good fit for 7 people. The location is more Intercourse then actual Lancaster city- so keep in mind if you’re trying to be closer to the city, you’re about a 20ish min drive. That said, beautiful area. I will say, If you or someone is a light sleeper I would say to sleep toward the back of the house, as it’s semi close to a busy 2 lane road. Tractor trailers are frequently traveling along early in the morning. Apart from that, the house itself was beautiful. Lived up to expectations, hot tub was a lovely experience. Plenty of parking for multiple cars as well.

A great place to spend a relaxing weekend.

It is a really beautiful and cozy stay. Holly is really kind, sweet and responds very quickly. She extended our check out on Easter Sunday which was very sweet. Will definitely come back and recommend others.
