Lounge with a sofa/bed, table and chairs a cute little living space plus a bedroom both on the first floor. Hot drink facilities bathroom and fridge on the ground floor with plenty of storage and parking. Cooked breakfast? Pop next door to the Garden Centre, open seven days a week and dine at The Curious Cat. Days out to the beach, or Cathedral city centre.

A beautiful renovated sea-facing home on the cliff top of Herne Bay. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea and relax with a drink in the evening on the balcony watching the spectacular sunsets. There is direct access to the pebble beach opposite and stunning cliff top walks to Reculver and a short seafront stroll into Herne Bay town and amenities. Canterbury and Whitstable are within easy reach. A perfect location for families and couples to enjoy time together. The property has off road parking.

Relax in the countryside or take a short drive to the local town/Beach. Spend some private time relaxing in our heated swimming pool, and then retire to your own comfort of the "Cosy Cottage" for that long earned rest. Herne Bay,Whitstable towns and the city of Canterbury just 15 mins by car. Local buses run frequently in both directions Enjoy.

The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

Kent home with a view

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

The Garden Cottage at Bank St.

Located just yards from the sea, The Garden Cottage at Bank Street is accessed via a Grade II listed building, hidden away in a private location. One of the earliest Fisherman's Cottages in this seaside town, The Garden Cottage retains many original features with all the modern conveniences. Meticulously restored in the last 4 years, The Cottage has a large 'Loft style' Master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom (ideal for children), Shower Room, Sitting Room & recently renovated, fully-equipped kitchen.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but please try to keep them off the furniture. Do not leave them unattended. Entry is via a side gate with a lockbox for key retrieval. We look forward to hosting you in our cosy, seaside-themed cabin set in our garden. Suitable for couples or friends as there's also a click clack sofa bed for occasional use if needed (please advise at the time of booking). (Please note we are unable to accept children under 12.) Perfect as a base for exploring the local area of Herne Bay with great trails for bikes/walks and runners. A welcome basket for a light breakfast is provided, along with teas, coffee and milk/juice.
