I loved the location! Near numerous restaurants and bars, super close to the beach, very secure and I felt safe. Repair of fan in unit was done extremely fast. Freddy and everyone truly made my stay enjoyable. His staff cleaned the premises and accommodated me with extra towels when I needed them. This is definitely a gem in Jaco!

Our stay was perfect. The unit was well equipped and the property was well developed. We enjoyed the privacy of our own space as well as the beautiful public areas such as the back yard and the roof deck. This was the perfect place for us to explore up and down the central coast on day trips and to relax at night out of the rain. Internet access, plumbing and electricity all worked great and we loved the secure parking. The staff we talked to were friendly and even gave us a fresh coconut! I can imagine coming back.

Our stay was great. The condo complex is located in the heart of Jaco and there is plenty within walking distance. The host met us and gave great information about places to go and how to access the beach. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Check in was easy. The condo complex is gated. We did not have time to access the pool, but it looked great too. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms are small, but there are 3 of them. No complaints here - squeeze in. The water pressure was low at times - there must be shared water among the condos. Understandable for a complex like this and at peak Jaco busy season. The kitchen was well stocked and the multiple air conditioners worked great. Thanks for a great stay and wonderful hospitality.

We had an amazing time- the pools were incredible for the kids, the beach was beautiful and great for swimming. Will definitely come back again. Great place for medium to large families especially those with small children. Cute cafes and bars within a few minutes of the condo. We had a few minor issues with the appliances/AC and Chris was super responsive and had them sorted immediately.

El lugar es muy bonito. Cumplió nuestras expectativas. Era tal y como se ve en las fotos. Cerca de todo. Piscina y demás servicios espectaculares. Con todas las comodidades. Sorin respondió rápidamente y Melissa siempre pendiente de todo para facilitar nuestra estancia. Pudimos estar con nuestra perrita sin ningún inconveniente. Totalmente recomendado

La estancia de Zaza se sintió muy agradable, siempre estuvo pendiente de todo, muy cómoda con todo lo necesario la pasamos muy bien, y en un lugar tranquilo dr Jacó 😊

Un lugar que genera una sensación muy agradable, tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza que da una experiencia de playa pero rodeado de montaña que es un gran plus, instalaciones cómodas y el recinto con gran gusto en sus detalles, residencial tranquilo y amigable para grandes y chicos. Muy limpio y organizado. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme, mi familia y yo vivimos una bonita experiencia.

El lugar es súper tranquilo, está ubicado en una zona de mucha naturaleza y el host es muy atento !! Recomendado

This place is amazing. It’s in a newly developed neighborhood about 5 min drive to Jaco. I stayed here for 5 weeks and I didn’t have a car Ubers were cheap and uber eats deliver to the house. The property was very private with walls and plants surrounding it. There’s beautiful trees and plants. Lots of birds around, saw scarlet macaws everyday. The host was amazing very helpful with everything. Place is very clean and felt at home. Very good option for short or long stays. Had all the amenities I needed. I’ll definitely stay here again!

N’allez SURTOUT pas dans cet endroit… parce que franchement, j’aimerais qu’il reste libre rien que pour moi la prochaine fois ! Cet Airbnb à Jacó est une véritable pépite. La localisation est parfaite : à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre et de la plage, dans un quartier super calme et sécurisé. Et pour les flemmards (comme moi certains jours), il y a même deux vélos mis à disposition gratuitement — un vrai luxe ! La maison est impeccable : ultra propre, ça sent bon dès qu’on passe la porte, et tout est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque rien. La piscine privée est juste un bonheur absolu pour se rafraîchir après une journée sous le soleil costaricien. Le lit ? Une merveille. Je n’ai jamais aussi bien dormi en voyage. Et que dire des hôtes… incroyablement disponibles et attentionnés. Ils répondent instantanément et sont aux petits soins tout en restant discrets. Me encantó la estancia en Villa Kantuta en especial los jardines y la piscina. El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. Marcela fue una excelente host y fue más allá para garantizar que mi estadía fuera placentera. Volveré.

This place was even better than the photos. Very central to everything in Jaco and while there is good coffee and food all over town there is a great coffee shop right on the ground level. The unit has everything you need if you want to eat every meal at home. Parking is super easy and the security staff are always kind and helpful. The pool is great and the beach is right almost on property. Could not have been happier. The responsiveness of Stan and Philip is immediate and they are available to chat if you have questions. 6 out of 5 stars.

Thomas was an excellent host and very attentive. We appreciated the amenities and the rooftop was one of our favorite spots to catch the sunsets. The condo was comfortable and the balcony has a great view of the ocean and mountains. The washer dryer in the unit was a huge bonus as well as the air conditioner unit providing us with an oasis from the humidity after our adventures. Plan to stay again on our next trip to Jaco
