I had the most amazing time staying here for my birthday with my closest loved ones. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Newport Beach, with so many charming cafes and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space has such a peaceful, comforting energy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a serene getaway close to the beach, this is the place!

Booked this spot for a weekend getaway with friends and had a fantastic time! The location is great and just a short walk to the beach. You can hear the waves from the living room! We had everything we needed for our time here, including access to beach towels and chairs. The living room couch was so comfy and easy fit us (4 of us) all when resting/watching TV. Great food and coffee options just a few blocks away. Definitely recommend this spot!

Ed’s welcomes you when you arrive to show you everything including parking, entering and leaving the place. There are disposable slippers at the door. It is a well appointed and well thought out space. I stay at a lot of Airbnb places and Ed’s place is one of the best. Super soft towels, charging stations in all of the bedrooms, Kleenex boxes all over the space, several TVs, a well equipped kitchen, A/C units in each bedroom in addition to one in the communal areas. We cooked a holiday dinner and baked cookies. There is a bed in the loft that has privacy because they put a curtain that is easily closed. There are blackout curtains in each of the bedrooms. Their bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. We even used the washer and dryer after long days of packing and cleaning my mom’s house. Ed recommended a Thai restaurant around the corner that was wonderful. It is also a great location down the block from the beach. There is a great balcony with a view.

This condo was very beautiful and the views from the living room and dining room were amazing. Our only thing is we didn't realize how steep the stairs were, and my mother couldn't climb them, so she had to stay somewhere else. Then we checked out. So, we paid for something we couldn't enjoy and that was sad. Not even a small portion of a refund was offered to us.

Perfection. We enjoyed everything about our stay in suite 3. The apartment is well fitted out and is very comfortable. We enjoyed sipping sundowners on the balcony and soothing comfort listening to the lapping waves underneath. The hosts are super responsive and ready to help whenever needed. We’ll definitely be back !!!

Nico was an exceptional host — everything described on Airbnb was spot on. He even provided us with laundry pods to use in the building’s laundry room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Pike, Pine Street, the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, and more. My wife and I will definitely be back! Oh, and if I forgot to mention — the views of the marina and the sea are absolutely spectacular. Don’t hesitate — book this studio today or tonight! Thank you so much, Nico!! Definitely the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The house is right on the beach. The property was well taken care of. We really enjoyed the showers. They were modern with multiple jets and rain shower head. There was also this attention to detail with lightening. There were multiple mood lights around the home, which made it feel cozy at night. We enjoyed family time around the fireplace in the evenings listening to the waves. Nice private parking spot. Rent a smaller car if possible. California parking spots are commonly tight. We’ll definitely be back to this property!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this exact Airbnb due to a maintenance issue. But Larry did everything he could do to make sure I had appropriate accommodation, was easy to communicate with, and even still gave me access to the sauna and rooftop pool. Her place was exactly as advertised; clean, spacious and very easy to self check-in. It fit me and my 5 adult children comfortably. Location was awesome. Jasmine communicated very quickly. Highly recommended.

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Lilith is truly an amazing and caring host who is willing to help in any way she can. This was my second time booking this reservation because it is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to booking again soon.

Maya’s place was awesome! It was walkable to great restaurants and the beach, and Maya was helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

It was great resort for my family vacation. The only thing is that my cellphone couldn’t get the signal from our villa, maybe it was the problem with T mobile.

Great location near the beach and restaurants and shops. Jose was very responsive and helpful.

Beckett is wonderful. He is incredibly quick to respond, even on weekends and helped me book an extremely last minute trip with ease. The place is wonderful and great for families. Lots of little activities through the hotel. The beach is a shuttle ride away so not super walkable with kids but we had fun ridding the bus. Great trip and would definitely book with Beckett again!

Beautiful place, steps from the beach, walkable shops, coffee shops, restaurants galore! Joan and Joe were excellent responsive hosts. Highly recommend both Newport Beach and Joan and Joe’s place!

Everything was great! Check out should be a little later than 10am since check in is at 4pm.

The resort is very nice with tons of amenities (shuttle, kids club, daily activities, etc) but Calvin was a great host in very quick response times when booking and did all he could to get us the best rate. Thank you, Calvin!
