This is a great house for a large group of people. The bedrooms are super spacious, so even if you have some who can't get up on the top bunks, there is room on the floor if you bring air mattresses. All the beds were pretty comfy. It could have been cleaner and the locks aren't super secure, but I'm hoping they'll upgrade those. The wifi regularly kicked people off even if it was just one person checking her email. Very peaceful location on the outskirts of Nauvoo, but close enough to easily get to everything. We were there for a conference and everyone agreed the home was lovely and they'd stay there again.

Deja was a wonderful host, and her place was awesome, as advertised.

Enjoyed ourselves very much, kids loved the gym. We loved being all together yet having our own rooms as an extended family.

The White House Inn was very accommodating for a group of 8 made up of 3 families traveling together. We were all very comfortable with our own spaces and the social spaces had plenty of room too. The buttermilk pancakes and oatmeal were a nice touch for the cold weather. The kitchen was equipped well for cooking. The area was quiet as it was off season in Nauvoo. We did enjoy walking to the shops that were open. Definitely worth booking again even if traveling with a smaller group.

our second stay here while visiting family in Laharpe. everything was as listed, furniture upgraded since our last visit. Jordan was very quick to respond to any questions. enough space and slept our large family comfortably. will definitely be back.

Jennifer is awesome! Very responsive and extremely reliable. Very nice and personable as well. The house is cozy and the view of the river is peaceful. This place is perfect traveling workers like us or a family getaway! Highly recommend!!

Thank you Danni! The space we had booked with you was perfect. The moment we arrived, we notice how each room’s decor provided a modern look & feel which we loved about this space. Also, loved how each room provided all the “essentials” to make our stay pleasurable. Especially the Kitchen area. That was huge for us being able to cook what we wanted and sit altogether while eating. Communicating with you was quite easy. You were able to answer any questions in a timely fashion, with everything we needed to know. Very accommodating. In addition, the area for walks was refreshing and the locals were very very polite! Lots of places to sight see in the area. Lastly, many restaurants to check out for food! Definitely exceeded our expectations. It really felt like our home away from home. We had a great time at Clay’s Babcock house. I had several family members that were in town for a funeral and the house was so accommodating. Everyone had their own space and the main rooms were large enough where everyone could gather. The location is close to downtown so very walkable to stores and restaurants. Will definitely look to book on my next visit to Washington.
