Thoroughly enjoyed our stay literally right on the beach. The uninterrupted sea views were stunning. Spacious, great shower and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

We had a delightful stay at the Oast House which we hired for a long weekend for a family wedding. Ronni and Martin were extremely helpful and welcoming. The house is in a beautiful setting, very quiet and relaxing, and is comfortable and cosy inside, with plenty of space to relax and also to get together for dining. The gardens are lovely and there is large outside table too for eating outside. We would love to return sometime! Ps an unexpected delight to was Emmet Gardens - spectacular when we were there with its vast bluebell woods and Tulip orchard.

Great place and location! Slight hiccup on my behalf meant an issue getting in - Jan very helpful and sent a neighbour to help (only to discover I was outside the wrong place! 🤦🏼‍♀️) Walking distance to everything but far enough out the way that it wasn’t noisy- would definitely book again if going to Brighton

This was the perfect base for being in Brighton to run the marathon. Check-In was easy, the apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and airy and the balcony was a beautiful little sun trap. The location was also perfect and was easy to walk to the cafes and restaurants in Kemptown, and further on in to Brighton. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won't regret it!

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

We had a lovely stay in Caroline’s apartment in Kemptown. It was a delight to stay there, with the decor and furnishings being beautiful but also comfortable and practical. Everything worked as it should and Caroline provided us with all the info we needed. The location was so great, either to avail of the regular buses in and out of Brighton, or a v short walk to lovely bakeries, bookshops (and importantly a pharmacy wasn’t far away when our daughter wasn’t well). Despite being in an apartment with others all around, it was v quiet. Would definitely come back and stay here again, thank you Caroline.

Great location, really close to Hove lawns and seafront. The flat itself was really clean, tidy and perfect for a weekend stay. Parking was easy and good instructions were provided. Only very slight negative was on check out where we were about to leave at 11 am, but the host let themselves into the flat bang on 11 am. We felt a little rushed and while I appreciate it was the check out time, a courtesy knock would've been appreciated.

The flat was lovely! It’s in a great location, really close by to restaurants and the town centre. It was also spacious, clean and comfortable which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The host was also very responsive and accommodating to an earlier check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location so close to the beach and pier. A really cosy and interesting flat which was lovely to come back to after a day exploring Brighton. We parked on Madeira Drive for the weekend which wasn’t very expensive and was close by. Would definitely stay again.

Nos alojamos en el apartamento de Olivia con mi esposa durante dos meses y medio para realizar estudios de inglés en Brighton. El alojamiento cumplió totalmente nuestras expectativas. Con espacio suficiente para mi esposa y para mí, una cocina bien dotada y sala de TV y terraza. Ideal para una estancia larga. Su ubicación cerca de la estación de tren de Brighton es ideal porque facilita la llegada y salida de viaje. Además, queda muy cerca de la calle peatonal "North Laine" donde se puede disfrutar de caminatas, compras y un café. También se pueden encontrar tiendas para víveres, mercados, supermercados (ALDI) muy cerca del apartamento. Por otra parte, Olivia siempre contestó rápidamente a todas nuestras inquietudes y nos ofreció las mejores soluciones. Muy amable y con muy buena disposición en todo momento. En conclusión, es un lugar muy recomendado para alojarse en Brighton.

Es war sehr nett in Lancing. Die Lage ist ideal um sowohl Brighton als auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Dazu ist man auch direkt vom Haus schnell am Meer. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Woche. Lieben Dank an Harley!

Lovely apartment with sea views. Stay was for off to a great start with a generous welcome pack . Any issue/question was promptly dealt with / answered . A super host :)

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Apartment was in a super location on the seafront. Easy to find and access. Apartment smelt amazing, ease share what you use! We loved the decor and layout. The beds were super comfy and cosy. Towels soft and fluffy. Well stocked kitchen. Luxury apartment. Listing is as is. Only downside was felt would be a squeeze if 6 adults but only 4 of us, and it was so hot, couldn’t get the heating to the right temperature to be comfortable but hardly in other than to sleep so not a huge issue. Hosts clearly love their apartment and want to protect it, lots of information for arrival and in apartment to review but was helpful. Will return if back in Brighton!

We had a great stay at Desmond's place. Desmond was really helpful and friendly and made sure to accommodate our timings and requests for parking permits. The place is wonderful - cosy, stylish and perfect for 4 people. Would definitely stay again!

One of the very best experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb was staying in this gorgeous flat. It’s perfectly located right opposite the ocean, and near to everything you could want. The flat itself is beautiful and large - waking up to the to the sea view everyday has had such a brilliant impact on my wellbeing. I was worried about the WiFi strength, having read it was patchy in Brighton, but this genuinely was super fast with no issues. If this wasn’t enough, Stephen went out of his way to provide extremely helpful insider advice on the local area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay - if you’re considering this, do it!

If you're ever in Brighton, this place is located in a great location. Steve's super friendly too and helpful as we were travelling with our little one and he put together the high chair ready for our stay. The accommodation is super clean, baby friendly and perfect for a weekend getaway.
