Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Boho Hacienda with backyard - pet friendly!

This dreamy, boho Spanish-style house is perfectly located just 1 mile from State Street and the beach. The unit is on a duplex with a private entrance, gated backyard with a bbq and gorgeous dining area, full kitchen, and beautifully remodeled bathroom. The bright and airy bedroom features a queen sized bed and dedicated workspace. The couch in the living room can be converted to a full-sized bed. Pet friendly ($20 per pet per night!) 1 off street parking space is available in the driveway.

The Lamb Stone Cottage

Welcome to The Lamb Stone Cottage... Our quaint cottage is the perfect spot for a quick jaunt to nearby Hendry’s Beach (less than 2 miles away). Watch the sunset from our favorite view, the Douglas Family Preserve (even closer!). The views from Elings Park just around the corner, boast ocean and mountain view’s. Great for an early morning hike or sunset stroll. The nearby “Mesa” area has a gourmet market called Lazy Acres. We are happy to recommend our favorite restaurants, too!

Upscale bathroom, 55”-Smart-TV, hi-speed WiFi, new bed, new full-size futon. Located 100 yards from 75-acre Kirk and Michael Douglas Preserve, 1-mile of beach. Very safe, quiet "Mesa" neighborhood, two shopping centers. Downtown is 2.5 miles. Backyard now features sunny sitting area. Concrete floors now restaurant-style polished.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Santa Barbara Hilltop Hideaway

Beautiful, romantic, inviting guest room centrally located in Santa Barbara. It is a newly decorated, large spacious room, surrounded by trees and views from every window. Completely private, clean and quiet. Convenient parking and a charming path leads to your guest room. It is full of natural light. Minutes away from beaches, shopping and restaurants. Newly renovated and professionally designed home in Santa Barbara. The unit feels like a house with only has one shared wall and a lovely private backyard with patio and hot tub. Walk just half a mile to the Mesa Lane Steps for a relaxing day at a quiet beach, or walk just a block to fabulous restaurants. The 2 bedroom, two level duplex unit sleeps up to 4 comfortably and comes fully equipped for a great stay!
