We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. There is off street parking with Ring security. The cottage is attached to a family house and there will be normal family noise and a woofing dog now and then. Looking for resilient, self-reliant, low maintenance renters.

We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants, and easy access to I-5. The neighborhood is inviting, it is a park in and of itself with formal parks, running trails, a riverwalk, bike trails and the expansive offerings of the University and a vibrant community beyond.
