Had a late game for our son and didn’t want to make the drive back home so we wanted Bruce’s place. It was clean and nice. We’ll definitely stay again!!

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE APARTMENT AND THE AREA WAS PERFECT FOR US TO TRAVEL TO FLAT ROCK TO FAMILY HOME FOR THANKSGIVING. VERY CLEAN, WELL STOCKED WITH ALL KITCHEN, TOWELS, ETC FOR YOU. I DO HOPE WHEN WE TRAVEL TO THE AREA AGAIN FOR FAMILY TIME WE CAN STAY WITH CHRISTOPHER AGAIN. THANKS SO VERY MUCH!!!!

Great place to stay - a covered outdoor seating area with a great view is provided and the room is just as pictured. Very clean and quiet - just what we were looking for. We are very happy with our stay.

What a precious little find in the heart of downtown Brevard. Walkable to all things fun and delicious! Private but not secluded. Perfect for quick overnight trips to visit our student at Brevard College. Our hostess was super kind and quick to respond at booking! Will DEFINITELY rebook!!!

Christopher’s place was just as described. Very well stocked. Location was very convenient and beautiful. The house was nice little range very clean and free of clutter. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Melissa's house. It was HUGE and had everything we needed for our stay. The garage door that opens up the dining room was our favorite feature. I definitely want one for my house now! Melissa was very quick to answer our questions and the place was very clean. I highly recommend a walk to the Whit's Custard. Delicious!

Very much enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and comfortable and the location couldn't be beat. It was cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the deck, but it looked inviting. Bed very comfortable. It is unusually high, and while not an issue for us, it should be noted for anyone with mobility issues. There was a footstool for one side. I try to be specific in reviews, so I'll mention that no one should expect to do any real cooking here, as the two-burner countertop stove is very limited (just heating water in the kettle for tea took a long time, as the burners seemed to cycle on and off) but as we did not want to do much cooking, and the listing didn't indicate that you could, there was no problem. Other thing to note is that this rental is in the same building as the art gallery, so the owner(s)/customers may be there and be audible at various times. Again, no problem for us, but something to point out for anyone wanting total privacy all the time. We definitely would stay again.

We were really fortunate to do an extended stay here while we had contractors working on our home. Being in a one-level house with a big backyard in a nice, quiet neighborhood made the transition so easy for our young kid. The hosts were super responsive and kind. If you plan to stay for a long period, rest assured they will be over in a blink to make any fixes and also for lawn maintenance. We’ll be recommending this home to family and friends visiting the area! Bonuses: great location to walking path (and a local grocer), awesome built-in bookcases, nice pots and pans, and plenty of desk areas for remote work with fast internet.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tannery House during our weekend trip to Brevard! The home was spotless and very nicely renovated, all while keeping its historical charm! Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need during your stay. We traveled with our 5-month-old and the home was stocked with baby gear, toys, and books. Hope to stay here again for our next visit! Thanks Michelle!!

Great little place. Perfect for a couple.

Very cozy and comfortable house. The owners were very attentive with flashlights, coffee maker, and kitchenware. Extra blankets and pillows were also provided in the bedrooms. Perfect for those who want to come to town for a vacation or go to Symmes chapel to watch the sunrise.

Great condo in the mountains. Was visiting for a wedding so a very short stay but this condo had everything we needed. Spacious for a condo and gorgeous patio/porch. Hope to return in the fall and enjoy it longer with all the amenities available.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely incredible – everything I needed was just a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With so much to do within walking distance, I never ran out of activities. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Tanja’s garden cottage was nothing short of amazing! She reached out with check in instructions well before my time to check in and even reached out to make sure I got in ok. The cottage was about 10 minutes from town which was nice. Her instructions on how things worked were very helpful and she even left some snacks out for me to have. The bed was also very comfy!

William & Melissa were excellent hosts. They were very welcoming and helpful with suggesting local things to do. They were very responsive with any questions we had. Their space was also beautiful, well stocked and great for young kids.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the backyard area and zipline. The space was very clean and all the small details were well thought out and appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
