The cottage has a peaceful atmosphere, yet is just 50 metres from the village shop and less than 100 metres from the village pub, serving hot meals and good Cornish beer.

It combines a large outdoor patio, for your use only, with shared use of the wider garden, which has a far-reaching view over Polwheveral creek and the Lizard peninsula. The flat is warm, spacious and light. Centrally heated, it also has a wood burning stove which comes laid and ready to light, with a basket of logs provided.
