Warm and cozy 2 bedroom suite on Hearts Ease Farm. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our valley that is only 15 minutes from downtown Kamloops. Your suite is equipped with everything you require, so you can just drop your bags and relax! If you are travelling with horses, we have 2 corrals available, a round pen, and a full arena. Plus acres and acres of trails across the street. If you like fresh eggs for breakfast, you are more than welcome to pop out to the coop and help yourself!

We offer an open concept 1 bedroom basement suite in a modern build with 9' ceilings, SS appliances, in suite laundry, large bedroom with king sized bed, pull out couch that sleeps 1 or 2 and an office space. This location showcases the beautiful Kamloops hills with many walking trails right behind our home. 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. Perfect for those traveling or wanting to explore Kamloops.

Rudy's Rustic Cabin

Artfully crafted cabin beside a small pond in the forest. Wake up to soft forest light and singing birds. The enclosed porch features huge windows for an outside feel. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks and 35 minutes from Kamloops. We are surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, and lots of outdoor activities. The property is lakefront, and guests have access to a small non-motor lake where they can enjoy the dock, paddle or swim. Dogs are welcome. Our dog Zenji lives here.

Cozy, beautiful lakefront 2 bedroom + sleeping flex space on a 1/2 acre lot on Heffley Lake, perfect for one to two families (max number of adults is 4, no exceptions). The home has a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous deck and only steps from the lake and dedicated dock. This home has 1.5 bathrooms, wood and electric fireplaces. We have WIFI, Netflix via apple boxes (guest use own accounts) as well as books, games and puzzles for guest use. No cell service, landline available.

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

1000 sq. Ft.suite with Modern Farmhouse Decor. Vaulted ceilings and big, bright windows with great views of the hills. Fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room spaces. This bright and spacious home is perfect for groups or families up coming for skiing, golf or biking. Three bedrooms, 1.5 baths with an expansive view of the valley. The open concept living space features a chef's kitchen, large dining area, entertainment tech and lots of comfy seating. PLEASE NOTE: There are stairs from the road to the front door. The house is split level, there are 5 stairs from the living room/kitchen to the bedrooms.
