We had a great stay at Andy & Fiona’s cottage in Sculthorpe. The cottage was well equipped and the location was really convenient for exploring North Norfolk. Andy and Fiona were fab hosts and super responsive on all comms. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Donna was an amazing host , always on hand , very clear communication. Was able to check-in earlier than planned which was a plus. Donna's place was clean , had all the essentials you need for a hassle free stay. We used the facilities on site, plenty of food places and things to do for kids. Would highly recommend Donna and her place to anyone.

Lovely little pad, lots of beautiful things close by to visit, including Grey Seals on the beach. Clean, tidy, warm and well catered for. Great hosts, would recommend. Wayne and Adele.

Immaculately clean and compact holiday cottage furnished in a modern style. .All the extra bits eg toilet roll, dishwasher tabs, soap were provided which makes for easier packing. Debbie was on site, friendly and helpful. We loved the garden and facilities and had a fabulous time playing tennis, football and table tennis with our kids. Slight negatives - bathroom smelt of damp, you can hear noise from the neighbouring cottages and not so much to do in immediately surrounding area.

Graham.. what a host!!!! he's amazing , went far and beyond to help us out and the caravan was lovely . Everything was clean and lots of cosy warm blankets on sofas just like at home. Me and my 3 children had a wonderful 2 nights away and enjoyed every minute. Thank you so much Graham for your kindness and understanding. ... Will definitely be back!!!!

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.
