Our private studio apartment is located in our backyard, separated by a fence with private guest parking in front. We are located a few blocks from 6th and Lamar and just up the street from Clark's Oyster Bar, Rosie's, Swedish Hill, and Pecan Square. You can walk to almost anything you want to do in Austin from our studio or we are a short scooter, uber ride away. We look forward to hosting you!

Apartment is in back of a ranch-style home. There are old growth trees and lots of shade. To arrive, you go through a gate with a path that leads to stairs. Stairs have low risers for easy climbing. The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.
