Anne’s place is an impressive modern house in the bones of a Victorian semi. The kitchen is a fantastic, light space, ideal for entertaining. There is also living room seating and an excellent TV and piano as part of the open plan area. The bedrooms are plain but incredibly clean and comfortable. Everything about the place just works. Communication is with an agency, but they were fast and helpful. It’s on a quiet, family street 10 minutes to the station and a short bus ride or 25-minute walk to the centre. Tip to anyone staying - you only need to tap the keypad, not push.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

We LOVED staying here! It was very convenient for us, easy access and parking, very comfortable and perfect for a 2-parents, 2-kids family like ours. Ayshe was lovely and kind and made us feel right at home. She even let us have an early check-in so we could get in right after our 24-hr flight with little ones, and gave us a yummy, tailored home-cooked meal on our first night! Lovely warm house, with easy instructions before arrival. There were three double bedrooms which were all comfortable. Large kitchen and the garden was enjoyed by the children. The house was great for the family and a short drive to city centre. We enjoyed the local parks. The shower was lovely! The bedroom TV did not work - not an issue for us but just for others who may have expected it. Just not tuned in.

A lovely little stay for our 1st wedding anniversary. The cabin is very cute and cosy with everything you need for a short stay, there were lots of little extras and thoughtful touches included that made it feel special, and we loved that it was pet friendly 🐾 Handy walks nearby and lots of choice for running/cycling routes too. A comfortable stay followed by a great breakfast at the Bowden stores as per Amie’s recommendation. We are hoping to make this an annual visit!! Thank you for having us 💕

Our group of five couples stayed here for a weekend reunion and this large house was ideal for our needs. The large kitchen was really well equipped for prep, cooking and eating (although everything initially took a some finding as there are so many cupboards!) and the two tables together made a great eating area. The main sitting room is huge and everyone felt the bedrooms were comfortable. We didn't use the garden at all, it was small relative to the size of the house but there are plenty of lanes and paths locally to walk on. We found plenty to do and a choice of places to eat within driving distance we managed to fit 5 cars into the parking area although it was a tight squeeze. Anjala was quick to respond to our only query during the weekend and overall, we'd have no hesitation about recommending this property for a weekend stay for a large group.

This was a great place to stay in Cambridge. It's not right in the city center but easily walkable to all the sights. Matt & Mari were very responsive and extremely patient with all our silly questions, and we ended up having to change our check-in date-time, and they were very flexible. The place is super cute. Cozy living room and a lovely new kitchen. We were lucky to have great weather while we were there, and there's a lovely little garden area out back where you could sit and relax. We never seemed to have time to do that, though, as we were busy taking in all the sights. Next time! Would love to come back.

I have family in the village. I’ve stayed here twice now and will stay here every time I visit from now on. House is great and Terrie is super helpful. Would highly recommend.
