Fantastic stay a Catherine’s. House is spacious and comfortable and was spotless upon arrival. Great location. Easily walkable to Main St. with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. And an easy walk to the train to downtown Philly. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one car, but we always managed to find a spot within walking distance. Our family had a great time here. Would definitely book it again!

Overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location near to Bryn Mawr College and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfy. Dave was very responsive whenever we needed help and responded almost immediately, which was especially helpful when my 18-yo daughter got locked inside her bedroom accidentally (the lock on the door probably should be replaced). Dave coached us over the phone on how the gently jimmy the door without breaking anything.

This is my third time at Jesse's place and definitely not the last. The location is perfect, close to everything Philly has to offer. The space is perfect for reaxing after a long day wandering the old city and there are plenty of great places to have a drink and a bite to eat. The room is clean, quiet, private and comfortable and Jesse is a great host. I can't recommend it enough.

I loved my stay, I felt very comfortable and at home. Skeitha ensured that all of our needs were met, she was an excellent host. I honestly have no complaints, everything was perfect. Next time I’m in the Philly area I will definitely book again!

I enjoyed very much Jerry Luke house / duplex . Although only went to sleep mostly it was very peaceful . Definitely recommend this house if anyone wants comfort and peace and accessible to the historic district . Fell very blessed to have a 3 day stay in someone else’s house that felt like my own . For this part of the city, more spacious, newer, better cleaned than many other airbnb options. Living room is on first floor and bedroom and bathroom on second, so not so many stairs as many in this area. Convenient to many parts of the city, with attractions, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Excellent communication with host team.

Great stay at a unique and charming, clean, comfortable and well-appointed space. The fishing pond and Colleen & Bill’s friendly and attentive (but not at all intrusive) hosting were icing on the cake!

A cozy spot in the perfect location. Walkable, area, lots to do, and very safe. I would highly recommend Elaine's apartment!

Ann was a great host. She answered questions fast and was very friendly. The place was just as described and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The running water from the stream could be heard from inside and it was very peaceful. There is only 1 parking spot fyi so be sure to take just one car. The only thing I would change is to have another small lamp in the downstairs (I hate overhead lights). Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
