Great stay. Second time in Havana - and I really enjoyed this area of Havana (compared to the Havana Vieja, which was great for many other different reasons). Cesaar was kind and informative. The ability to use their cell phone (and hotspot) was greatly appreciated. Great central location. I brought my own earplugs - knowing that this area was more urban and active. I would stay again at this great location if coming back to this same area!

Quiero agradecer a María por lo bien que hemos estado en su maravillosa casa, por las atenciones y la entrega de Guillermo. La casa es sencillamente espectacular, te sientes atrapado por la belleza del lugar y Tarará es el lugar perfecto para olvidarse del mundo. Una playa casi para ti solo y una paz…No tengo palabras. Repetiré.

Alloggio impeccabile. Come su foto. Grande e adatto ad ogni esigenza. Sempre pulito e perfetto. La signora che si occupava della pulizia era attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze e rispettava tutti i nostri spazi e orari. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a cuba, ci tornerò.

Wow! Un hôte avec une super communication, rapide. Il a répondu à nos questions, nos besoins. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans le logement, même des parapluies au cas …il y a eau, bière, vin au frigo, ce qui évite de les rechercher à l’arrivée. Le logement est super beau, les lits confortables et que dire de la vue ! C’est bien situé, proche de tout sans être direct sur les lieux touristiques, ce qui donne un meilleur aperçu de la vie cubaine. Il y a plusieurs marchés autour mais dans la condition actuelle à Cuba, je recommande de plutôt aller dans les Restos autour, il y en a pour tout les goûts et d’excellents , dont un juste en face du logement. On y mange très bien, pour peu $. Si vous avez besoin, simplement demander à Dimitriv, qui s’occupe du logement et il vous aidera. Le logement a un wifi, qui fonctionne super bien, ce qui n’est pas le cas partout à Cuba. Je recommande chaudement !

Is by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in Havana and I’ve been coming for 30 years. It is absolutely spectacular. Susie looks after the place is a light and a wonderful help mate. The house was immaculately clean the sheets and towels were wonderful. The view was beyond compare. It is as good as any hotel. I have stayed anywhere in the world and I have stayed absolutely everywhere. My only reluctance and telling everyone how great this place is is that it will be booked. Next time I come. It’s the only place I stay in Havana.

Excelente estancia en el departamento de Rosa. En primer lugar y desde antes de hacer la reserva Rosa respondió a todas mis preguntas de manera rápida y clara. Durante nuestra estadía se preocupó de cada detalle. Somos 6 personas viajando y todos quedamos muy felices. El departamento es muy lindo. Cómodo. Con aire acondicionado y wifi. Las camas muy cómodas para descansar. Todo muy limpio y la ubicación muy buena para salir a comer, bailar y disfrutar de La Habana de manera segura. Recomendaré este alojamiento a mis amigos que quieran conocer La Habana.

Excelent host, awesome place to stay with nice views and with a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. The host provided a map and useful recommendations for bars, restaurants and attractions. Would definitely come back to this place again.

Staying at this Airbnb felt like coming home. The hosts were truly exceptional, from the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with open arms. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The neighborhood was just as lovely. It was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and felt completely safe and at ease the entire time.

Je n'ai passé qu'une seule soirée chez Señor Enrique car les jours suivants étaient déjà réservés mais cela fut aussi agréable que la dernière fois. Ma copine m'a dit que de tous les logements où nous sommes restés à la Habana, c'était son préféré! Merci beaucoup pour l'hospitalité et pour m'avoir permis de trouver un moyen de transport rapide vers mon autre logement Señor Enrique et à très bientôt.

Sin duda la mejor casa en la que me he quedado en cuba en los 3 años que he ido. Está reformado, es cómodo y muy limpio. Ademas Deysi está siempre atenta a lo que necesites. Si buscas algo cerca del malecón, vedado y centro habana recomendadisimo.

We just returned home, and I must say although we never meet Angeles Maria, she communicated with us. But Yaima she was with us every step of the way. Because my arrival to the apartment was very late hours of the day ( almost like too early hours of the day ) she was following up with us in every possible way making sure all our needs and requests were cared for . Yaima gave us a list of places to eat and was very helpful The apartment was very open and clean and we were even able to cook breakfast sometimes Prior our leave I had a early morning flight and Yaima was there early making sure we could do the apartment walk in time to make it to airport If you are looking for a rental with a great attention to the needs and details, this is one of them

Bendiciones en todas las dimensiones para todo el que pueda verse leyendo. La estadía en Casa Verde en Habana es precisamente el balance perfecto de sentirse en privado y en Familia a la vez. Le recomiendo que considere quedarse entre seres muy lindos y especiales que verán que cada detalle esté a su mejor decisión de aprovechar. Apartamento es amplio, fresco, buena cocina completa, agua caliente, aire en el cuarto, baño preparado, y todo muy limpio y acogedor. Está a pasos de estaciones de guagua, y queda muy bien ubicado cerca de mercados y lugares para comer y comprar. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme si así en tal momento fuese posible. This was the most impressive home we stayed in! Located in Miramar, a top neighborhood surrounded by diplomatic and residential homes, it’s unassuming outside but a stunning surprise inside—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with an artistic beach vibe. You can rent by room or the entire space. Four en suite rooms, but all 5 rooms have keypad-locked doors and safes for security. Location also includes 24/7 security. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a coffee machine, top-tier appliances (hair dryer), and streaming services (WiFi can be spotty, as expected in Cuba). Includes both 110 & 220 outlets. Lots of thought and intention. The rooftop pool is a true highlight, and fresh flowers were a lovely touch! Marcos is an amazing host—attentive, responsive, and able to arrange transportation, tours, or dining. The staff keeps the home pristine. A truly special stay—we’d return in a heartbeat!

Our stay at the Miramar apartment in Cuba was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was beautiful, immaculate, and perfectly maintained—everything felt fresh, crisp, and inviting. The breakfasts were delicious and a perfect way to start each day. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay, and the WiFi was good, making it easy to stay connected. A huge thank you to TAYMI, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking. She took care of all our needs with incredible attention to detail, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we required. From arranging transportation to and from the airport and the university to making us feel completely at home, she was simply outstanding—so, so good! Equally impressive was Maribel’s responsiveness—every question I had was answered within minutes! The communication and service were top-notch, making this one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. I will certainly be back!!

Jorge’s apartment is absolutely grand…both in the palatial and the Scottish sense of the word! I met Jorge briefly and he was charming. Madelin and Angelo who look after the place are so great. They are lovely people and if there are any queries, you let them know and they answer immediately or call by from around the corner. Angelo speaks English and provides you with a local sim card, which means that you can use your phone. Coming home in the evening, was just that! For me, the apartment is in the perfect position for my work in central Havana and access to Havana Viecha. You can watch the life of the neighbourhood go by from the balcony as you drink your Cuba Libre! There is a good vegetable seller across the road and St Raphael market one street down. I will definitely return to stay next year, if they will have me! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

The apartment is very nice and the rooftop view is quite amazing. The host met us at the door and arranged our cab from the airport to the address so that part was stress free. He helped us with luggage and checked us in so after ten minutes from the taxi we were ready to explore. The area is central to Havana and walkable but might seem a bit off putting to some visitors at first. We found the location to be very interesting and safe but like everywhere else, know your surroundings. Demetriv will answer any questions you have and help in any way he can. This is a very nice apartment to use as a base for exploring the city.

We really like the air bnb, The caretaker Maria was very helpful and made good breakfasts for us. Her husband provided with great car transportation. The accommodations were good. The only complaint is that you have to go outside our rented space to get wi-fi reception because it was not possible inside the house. Also, the location of the home was different than the coordinates noted on the airbnb site. It was 2 niles away from where we thought we were and this made a difference since we were there for a triathlon. We thought it was easy 7 minute walk to marina but the walk more like like 25 minute walk to marina. Otherwise we a had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the town of Santa Fe.

We enjoyed our stay and exploring the surrounding area. There were good restaurants in walking distance and Yaima and Delhia were helpful and friendly. Yaima shopped for us and helped us with laundry. She did a great job cleaning! We really enjoyed her! The front porch was a favorite spot to hang out , enjoy coffee, relax and visit! Mirey was very responsive when there was anything needed!
