A perfect stay at Karl's beautiful apartment in Paris. Steps from the Champs Elysee and Rue Saint-Honore- located in one of the most beautiful locations in Paris. Walkable to all the major sites, food stores, cafes and the Metro. The apartment was perfectly laid out and exactly as described. A huge living space with comfortable couch, TV and balcony. A smartly appointed kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Loved having two separate showers and space to store our clothes while we were staying in Paris. I would recommend it to anyone coming for a visit. We are a family of four with two teenagers and had plenty of space to spread out and for privacy.

Nice and functional apartment. Perfect for families. 4 min walk to the metro (RER) station. Close to supermarket and bakery. Our host helped us with all our requests.

Very clean, with comfortable living spaces for 3 couples, and convenient location. The kitchen is surprisingly well-stocked for its size and served us well for a big family dinner. Of note is that one bedroom has to pass through another to get to one of the toilet rooms but that worked fine for us as we were traveling with family. Windows facing east and west offer incredible light and cross breezes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

La ubicación nos encanto! Y el apartamento es muy lindo y cómodo. A pesar de estar lejos es súper fácil y rápida la llegada hasta el centro de paris. Recomiendo al 100%, la zona es muy tranquila y bonita

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 4 (famiglia con due ragazzi) e la vacanza è stata davvero piacevole. La casa rispecchiava perfettamente le foto: ben arredata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ogni ambiente era curato con gusto, dai colori rilassanti alle decorazioni che rendevano l’atmosfera calda e familiare. Le camere erano spaziose, i letti comodi e la cucina completa di tutto. Ottima anche la posizione, con un supermercato proprio sotto casa, molto fornito e comodo. L’unica pecca è stata la pulizia al nostro arrivo: abbiamo trovato spazzatura nei cestini, sporco nel freezer e un po’ in giro per casa. Un dettaglio che ha stonato con la qualità generale dell’appartamento (capisco che possa capitare qualche svista, soprattutto nei cambi rapidi). Maconpiù attenzione alla pulizia sarebbe stato tutto perfetto. Consigliamo comunque questa casa a chi cerca un posto bello e funzionale, ma speriamo in una maggiore cura nella preparazione prima dell’ingresso degli ospiti

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The views of Boulevard Saint Germain were absolutely breathtaking, and it was such a treat to relax on the terrace and take it all in. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Membrz's communication was exceptional—they were incredibly responsive and even allowed for an early bag drop and check-in, which was a huge help. I couldn't recommend this place more highly! A perfect spot for anyone visiting Paris.

We stayed in the apartment for a week with my family and, to be quite frank, we only have positive things to say. There were three of us and despite the apartment being a studio it didn’t lack space for us all. I also noted that it was really functional, had everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was exceptionally clean and quiet, and the apartment building felt safe with many locks and codes, on top of it being in a well lit and generally quiet area. We travelled to Paris centre almost every day and the trip did not cause any trouble since the transportation is located not far, so it was an easy commute! Check in and check out once again was very easy as very thorough instructions were left. To sum up, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest and faced no problems whatsoever! Definitely recommend staying here!

This is the first time to me and my family to experience the Airbnb, it was great and our anxiety before the trip had been eased when we got into the appartment. Isabelle is nice and responsive. The location of appartment is good, walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe, and also close to Metro station, but the surroundings is quite and safe. Also we could easily find supermarkets and cafe. The appartment is spacious and clean, with 2 bathrooms and AC which is quite important to us especially in Summer. We would definitely come again and recommend.
