Prefect place for a water sports weekend. The outdoor shower is fantastic and great for coming back from the beach. Accommodation is homely, we are very grateful for our time. Thank you Kat!

Absolutely gorgeous view! Beds were nicely made with mints and stuffed animals for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay, can’t beat the location! We walked to the beach with boogie boards and had a blast! Rooms were a little warm at night, we had windows open at first but bugs were coming in (no screens), but there was an AC in the living room and fans in the rooms! Loved having washer and dryer!

Our sailing team of students and adults stayed at this beach house. Everything was as we expected and everyone enjoyed their stay! Thanks for always being so resposive and communictaive. Much appreciated! We would highly recommend this beach house!

We've just had a lovely 3 night stay with our 2 kids and are already talking about possibly coming back next summer! The house is right on the water (but fully fenced which was great with 2 young girls) and had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing few days away from home. We took the kayaks out a couple of times which our girls loved, and made the most of having a spa on site as well! Really comfortable beds and loved that there was a bedroom for each of the girls. Kitchen had everything we needed, even a box of chocolates for us to enjoy during our stay :-) The girls especially loved the kind gift Lyndsay gave them when we arrived! Thanks again for your amazing hospitality and we hope to see you again!

Our Host was away while we stayed but rosemary still sent a text to make sure everything was ok, Rosemary has helpers, so we met both Ladies that brought us fans and extra towels on request. Fantastic location, quiet and easy walk to everything. As the accommodation is underneath the owners home it may have been a bit noisy if at home, you could hear movement when the helpers came to do work up stairs, however the outside area was lovely for a meal and a wine in the evening. Great stay, we had fantastic weather and a lovely stay.☀️😃

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

Closely drivable to town for anything you may need, but an amazing view from this side of town! Perfect little place. Well kept and everything you need inside. Would love to come stay again!

We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Stayed here for two nights & it had everything you needed😍 such a stunning home we loved everything about it. Especially waking up to a beautiful view right across🥰 Everything was clean & spotless which I loved🙌. Kids also loved the pool! We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. It was spacious indoors. Sitting outside with a cold drink taking in the view and watching tuis, quail and fantails was great. We made use of the barbecue and washing machine. Kitchen area was compact. Alan the host was welcoming and gave us good tips on things to do.

The place was very clean and tidy. Perfect location and view was incredible. The bedrooms were spacious. The facilities are very modern and well maintained.

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

Stunning week away over Easter. We arrived a few hours after a cyclone, which meant no power and water. Anneke was great with all communication about the situation. We chose to stay hoping the power would be back on soon. The next day it was. Meanwhile, Anneke bought us wine and coffee and then arranged a generator so we could shower and charge phones etc. Then we had six glorious days of sunshine with the odd shower. We love walking, so explored all the local walks in the booklets and info guide. Every afternoon we relaxed on the deck just watching the ocean and boats. We ended our days with an outdoor bath, which was Devine. Anneke was a wonderful host. A true legend. The Bach was beautiful, clean, new and private. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at Aisling’s home! The house was perfectly situated, just a stone’s throw from the beach and only a short 6-8 minute drive to Opotiki township. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a true home away from home. The doors and windows leading out to the deck were a highlight, allowing the fresh air to flow through the home. The deck itself was perfect for relaxing, whether it was sipping morning coffee or enjoying dinner with family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was an ample supply of bedding, which added an extra layer of comfort. The entire home exceeded my expectations, and my family thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend Aisling’s home – it’s a true gem!
