Beautiful cosy apartment, looks exactly like the photos and is lovely and clean. Only improvement would be little things like drying rack for clothes, toilet roll holder and cutlery divider to make the place even more comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Very characterful place to stay right in the best bit of Hastings Old Town. All amenities worked well, comfort in abundance, all in all a delightful stay.

A nice little place where we could spend a month between house moves. John was helpful, and met us at the location. The flat was clean, and everything was as described. The flat is in a relatively secluded place as expected, but there was a bit more traffic noise than expected, as it is right on the corner of a crossroads.

We had a great stay in a lovely apartment perfect for our long weekend. Nice private road in easy walking distance of town and seafront and used as a base for the Brighton Marathon weekend. Would definitely recommend it if looking to stay in that area again.

Mark and Melanie are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The place is exactly as described in the listing and it is very cozy and peaceful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had all of the amenities we needed for a peaceful stay. The EV charging was an added feature and very useful to us. The surrounding property is picturesque and charming. Over all we can highly recommend staying at this place to other guests! Thank you again.

Beautiful! Inside and out! The scenery and walks surrounding The Grain Store are breathtaking, and the thoughtful design and details of the space made this so delightful.

A wonderful last minute short break to Rye. We found the house perfect for our needs, spot on location to amble into Rye within minutes. Really appreciate the electric car charging point and all the house guide was well laid out with lots of local recommendations. Highly recommended, would definitely stay with Jasmin again!

It's always so nice staying somewhere where a lot of attention and care has been put on the property. I had such a lovely stay at this property, I absolutely fell in love with the interior decor (love wall paper in dining area), I had everything I needed, communication with host Robert was great, everywhere was clean, wifi worked well and even everything in the kitchen matched. Lovely, lovely, lovely and would recommend.

Great stay, very nice place and good location, and lots of parking space which was important as we had two cars. Everything was as described and Diana was always easy to reach and very helpful. Can recommend to anyone.

Fantastic place to stay, peaceful with beautiful surroundings and the hot tub was the perfect way to spend the evening after a day of activities. It was a great place to bring the dog too. Tim was a great host, very responsive and did everything he could to make sure we had a great stay. Would definitely go back and certainly recommend it!

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

The place was incredible. So beautifully decorated and everything we could want plus so much more was supplied. Beautiful homemade cakes and snacks and croissants for breakfast. It surpassed all our expectations. Especially loved the movement sensors which helped navigate to the loo in the night!

We were pleasantly surprised by our accommodation! The house is incredibly neat and tidy, and it has such a lovely scent. The bedding, towels, floor mat feels even better than what you’d find in a 5-star hotel! The only little hiccup we encountered was with the shower in the morning—it seemed to struggle a bit after two people had used it, with hardly any water coming out. Overall, though, we really loved our stay! thank your Cecile and Richard will definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends.

A lovely, clean, peaceful getaway for our young family – had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen for proper home-cooked meals, comfy lounges for both adults and kids, and a PlayStation with PSVR and loads of games (even tempted the grown-ups!). But the highlight was the pool – the photos do not do it justice, with floats, toys, and a deep end up to 2m. Private access connected to the house meant early morning or even midnight swims! Super thoughtful setup for families – travel cot, change mat, stair gates, and safety locks where needed. Communication was excellent, with fast replies and helpful updates like roadworks info. Best of all, our eldest finally learnt to swim here – something we’ve not managed to do back home. Would definitely return if they'll have us. One of our best Airbnb stays yet – thank you!

Marion has gone above and beyond to make your stay the best possible everything is clean and there is plenty of room for a comfortable stay having a private garden made a big plus to our stay Marion was always on hand if we needed anything but our stay was private and peaceful there are two pubs in the village and a village shop for coffee and cake we will definitely be back to stay soon this is the best air bnb we have stayed in thank you marion

Had a lovely short stay at Rachel’s apartment. Everything was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. Little nice touches such as Easter eggs for my daughter and milk in the fridge was greatly appreciated. The flat is a short walk from the Sevenoaks town centre, which is very convenient. The area is quiet, green and leafy and perfect for exploring the surrounding region. I recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Monica’s & Jeremy’s lovely apartment! The apartment has every amenity you could wish for and the location is ideal! We had truly excellent communication and assistance throughout our stay. We have no hesitation in fully recommending a stay and we very much look forward to returning in the near future!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Ayodeji's place. It was cosy and clean, he communicated throughout and provided clear instructions regarding the nearest car park. Nice one bedroom in a great location for walking to town and also has a parking spot, which was a nice bonus. The elevator was a plus too as the last place we stayed was nice but had LOTS of stairs. Only item worth noting is it is close to a busy road so you can hear the cars. Didn’t bother us, but worth noting. Kitchen had a gas cooktop, which we always prefer over electric. Bed was comfortable.
