The Bobber Bungalow is such a cute stay with beautiful views. Loved the back sunroom and the access to the cove. Neighbors were all very quiet. Lindsay communicated well with us before and during our stay and house was very clean when we arrived. Only wish was that there was a door or curtain between master bedroom and master bath. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! Thank you!

Beautiful home right along lake secession, so lots of “lake” things to do! Nice and clean! Excellent hosts! We would definitely stay again!

Don’t hesitate, just book it! The host was great, the place is better than the pictures and it is easy to find. I completely agree with one of the other reviews, it just feels like home when you walk in, comfortable is the best description I can give. We will be back!

Sunsets and Siestas was fantastic! Alan and Sylvia were responsive and friendly leading up to and during our stay. The home was very well equipped with furnishings, bedding, etc. The kitchen was a huge success. We were amazed at how many amenities were in the kitchen. We cooked everyday and the kitchen was well appointed with dual ovens and many other great features and appliances. The new Weber grill outside was also a great added feature! Our entire family of 16 had plenty of space to enjoy the house, pool, boat dock, and outdoor fireplace/hot tub area! I highly recommend Sunsets and Siestas! Lake Keowee and the entire area is full of outdoor adventures and fun for all ages.

I am a consultant working on a project here in Hartwell and stayed at Dan's place for 4 months. Dan is an absolutely amazing host. He is communicative, attentive, and ALWAYS very quick to respond. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had no issues feeling at home the entire time I was staying here. I will look to book here first when I come back to Hartwell later this year. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Craig and Janet’s place. A beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed home in a peaceful and beautiful setting. Too many amenities to list - there were thoughtful touches everywhere and the home was beautifully decorated. We truly felt like guests in someone’s private home. From the friendly and warm welcome to the gracious hospitality all throughout the home. We also enjoyed the beautiful setting and the walk to the lake. The peaceful view from the dock was worth the short hike! It was a wonderful weekend and we can’t wait to stay with them again!

Truly enjoyed our stay at Margaret's place. Spotlessly clean, and everything is very thoughtfully provided. Very generous check-in and departure times. Margaret went above and beyond to find out a good hiking spot when asked before our arrival. Morning coffee on the porch by the gardens was a perfect start to the day. Would not hesitate to return!

With the exception of me writing down and texting the wrong # in my phone and wondering why I was not getting a response...haha, Mark and Candy were very responsive. When I finally texted the right #, they responded right away. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt relaxed, welcomed, and at home. Candles, soft music playing, and welcome notes for us all made us feel like we were we we needed to be. I was in the area for a few days for a job interview and to get a lay of the land and this place made the perfect landing spot each evening. Mark and Candy were completely respectful of our privacy while also being friendly and responsive. My wife especially liked playing Pacman on the old arcade machine; took her back to her childhood. Great place to stay and close to Clemson! We were able to walk to the downtown area and felt very safe.

Al & Tara were friendly and responsive from booking to check out. The place is a nice size. Everything was spotless and the bed was cozy. The only thing they may have said in their description and maybe I missed it but there isn’t a kitchen sink in the kitchenette area. This was fine with us because we were visiting our son at Clemson and didn’t spend much meal time in the apartment. We highly recommend.

For being in this part of Oconee County, William & Lori's house was just perfect. I had various tasks that I needed to accomplish and couldn't have found a better place in which to stay. If I need to go back, I will definitely check William & Lori's availability first!

Yvette was an excellent host, the apartment was pristine and beautifully appointed, kitchen was pretty complete, so was able to make meals. It sits on acreage so there is lots of beauty and privacy around you. I would go there again in a heartbeat, had a great experience.

Our stay at this A-frame cabin was absolutely perfect. The space is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and a fully equipped setup that made our experience seamless. Every corner felt intentional and inviting. The hosts, Thomas & Morgan, were incredibly communicative and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciated their hospitality. This is a place we would absolutely return to, highly recommend!

This is the perfect stay for what a fisherman or Woman needs. The cabin is clean and decor was perfect and rustic with finished log lab countertops.The bed was comfortable. But the real thing that stands out is a covered boat shed with gate that can be locked. Deanna and her husband were outstanding and make you feel like family.Perfect stay

My husband & I had such a wonderful stay here! No cell phone service or TV, which helped us disconnect and was wonderful. The waterfall is spectacular, the pictures don’t do it justice! If you are big hikers and explorers like we are, this is the perfect spot for you!

We stayed at Lizard Lodge for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the listing only better in person! We loved the location and how peaceful the surroundings of the cabin were. Enjoyed walking down to the lake and fishing a bit. Enjoyed the fire pit one night and enjoyed the hot tub twice and sitting on the swing down on the dock and on the front porch. Enjoyed having dinner on the back deck and watching the birds. Saw beautiful cardinals every day. The beds were very comfortable - slept great! Most of all, I can’t say enough about Sabir and co-host, Jennifer. They were very helpful and responded to any questions we had extremely quickly. This cabin was perfect for my family and they all agree how beautiful and comfortable it was. I would not hesitate to stay at Lizard Lodge again!

The sweetest spot with the sweetest hosts to match it! Kay was so welcoming not only for the cabin itself but the surrounding property, inviting us to enjoy the entire area! She didn’t have anyone coming the next day so she even let us stick around for a later checkout and really soak in the area. My family had the best time with all this cabin and area had to offer! We will be back!!

We had a family vacation with our grown children and their families so we could visit our family member who is at Clemson. The game room next door helped as one of our kids had to do some remote work.

Perfect cabin for any fisherman wanting to stay close to Lake Russell. Owners have a great layout for charging your boat and driveway is very convenient for truck and boat hooked up. Cabin is very spacious inside and very clean. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly to anything that may come up or for just general information. I will be staying here again.

This was by far our favorite stay in an Airbnb to date. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The breathtaking views set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. The steam shower added a touch of luxury to our daily routine, and being so close to downtown gave us the best of both worlds—easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment, while still enjoying the peace and tranquility of a quiet retreat. Every detail of our stay made it an unforgettable experience.
